“LUMI did my 10 month old babies ear piercing. She was sooo sweet and welcoming. Guided us throughout the entire procedure in detail, and gave us after care instructions. She welcomed all our questions and concerns and was so patient with us. She was absolutely great and i highly recommend her. Our daughter stopped crying and was completely fine within 2 mins of having her ears pierced. I am very grateful for our experience with LUMI.”

“I took some old diamond jewelry that I never wear & I was shocked at how much they paid me! I am slowly getting rid of 2 huge storage units that are full of old, but everything is in great shape. The 2 girls that were assisting me were great! They both greeted me when I walked in the door & immediately wanted to know what they could help me with. Back in the day, when I worked a retail job with The Limited & Saks 5th Avenue, we were trained to great people as they came in just like these 2 gals did! I noticed! I've also notice most retailers these days do not train their people to greet customers. So I was impressed with Cash America's training! With 19,000~employees in 3,000~ stores, it is amazing that they are able to be consistent in how they run the sales floor, etc. in 3,000. Keep up the good work, ladies!”

I explained what I was looking for, and Daniel knew exactly what to show me. Honestly, I liked every ring he brought out, which made the decision hard — a good problem to have. He gave me a really good deal, but when I told him I wasn’t fully convinced yet, he didn’t pressure me at all. Instead, he encouraged me to take the weekend to think about it and told me to reach out when I was ready.
About a week later, I came back and let him know I wanted to look at something a little more affordable. He had no problem with that and showed me several options. I ended up finding exactly what I needed, and I even picked out a ring for myself. Once again, Daniel gave us a great deal on everything.
