“Literally the best staff! The head pharmacist is an angel and her assistant is amazing. Most CVS's have the absolute worst humans in my experience. I go out of my way to go to this location!! I've never had any one upsell a flue shot so respectfully ? ?”
“I had lost some money in there. Someone found and reported it well. The manager lady and front desk customer service team promptly looked into security cameras and helped me get it back. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Too bad i am here for temporary.”
“My favorite Sam’s Club. I drive a little further to come here than to the Keller location that is closer to me. Not a fan of that location, so much. Friendly associates and the scan and go helps making shopping so much easier. Excited for Grapevine to reopen!”
“The team was very courteous and easy to talk to. Karson was great. They walked me through each test they performed and even did them a second time at my request.”
“This past Sunday I went to urgent care for poison ivy. They called in a prescription to Tom Thumb. I had told them the one on Glade, but then sent it to this location on Park. I got to my Glade store about 4:50pm and found out they didn't have my prescription. So I called the urgent care and discovered they had sent it to the wrong location. So, I headed out to the car and was leaving to head to the Park location, when I phone rang.
It was Trina, the Pharmacy Manager. It's now 4:55pm she was calling to see if I was planning to get the prescription that day, because they were closing in 5 mins. Now, I am not far away, but I am definitely more than 5 mins. I explained what happened and Trina said, no problem. She would hang out until I arrived. Really? On a Sunday evening after closing time? When does that happen any more? But sure enough, when I got there, the Pharmacy lights were off, the gates mostly closed, but Trina standing there with a big old smile simply waiting for me.
I can not say enough about the customer service and care that she showed. It's tough to find any more, and she is a gem. The Glade road location is closer for me. And they are pretty good too. But I am moving my prescriptions to the Park location just so I can say hi to Trian again.”
“My recent transition to using the Baylor Pharmacy was handled professionally and expeditiously. I have been an employee for Baylor for over a year, and have never used our pharmacies and I am glad that I decided to switch. Not only are they very communicative, they are efficient. The icing on the cake is that I can have my prescriptions marked to me at no cost and receive a 90 day prescription for the same cost as a 30 day at my precious pharmacy.”
“Best CVS store I’ve ever been to the Front store associates are Absolutely amazingand will help you find anything you need. The store is absolutely beautiful with the way. It is laid out and it’s so bright and so inviting and the pharmacy team is spectacular.”
“So, Texas CVS is a completely different dimension than CVS in Missouri. I miss this. The stores in Texas are just so much more accommodating than back home. The only drawback was the checkout. I watched what looked like the manager for several minutes off and on while he talked with a vendor. Not operational jargon. It was social. I started getting frustrated as I sat with the clerk less register telling me help was on the way..... over and over.
He did finally come and answer my question. In Missouri they remove the security tags from everything. I was waiting for someone to remove it so I could continue checking out myself.
The female who came up and helped when the machine had an error while reading the chip in my debt card. She deserves a raise for wonderful customer service.”
“I needed to get something I had forgotten from home…I was dog sitting. Went to CVS…was a great experience…the young man who helped me was patient and friendly!!! Was a quick stop!!!”
“What a fantastic place. Small town feel, always have what you need in stock and staff is friendly as can be. Thanks Grapevine Drug, keep it up and don’t change a thing.”
