“Southlake's secret small town pharmacy. I seriously hesitated to write this review- when you feel like you are their only customer you don't want the secret to get out! They have just about everything you need from a pharmacy, prescription wise, and they've helped me rather than make the process more complicated like the big brand stores in town. Real people who treat you like an actual person. If you haven't switched pharmacies yet, give them a call and you will wonder why you ever kept your Rx anywhere else.”
“Went in to get a booster Covid shot and my kid’s initial a few days ago. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. My kid was apprehensive about needles and the Technician (Meredith) did a great job not making it a traumatic experience. We waited our 15 min to make sure no side effects. While we waited I watched the Pharmacy Staff at the register handle a variety of people from all ages, nationalities, etc. All interactions I witnessed were very calm, professional and courteous. All employees had a mask and they were wearing it above their nose properly. I shop here a lot and know the other staff in other departments to be of high caliber as well. However, I don’t have much interaction with the pharmacy on my visits. So I wanted to drop a comment as they made a great impression during my visit.”

“I love this store, the items here are great! When I went there recently, I found a new Malaysian restaurant and a foot massage parlor in this plaza. I tried them both and they were very good! This is so convenient so I don't have to look for more places that make sense. After relaxing, eat and shop. Go home and sleep.”

“The place is huge and there really is a great variety of products.It seems to me that there is little staff in the recipes and prescriptions part.I brought my prescription for mouthwash and they told me to pick it up in an hour. An hour seemed like a long time to prepare a mouthwash. So I walked around the store and took the opportunity to buy other things and I got in that LONG Pick Up line that there is always and in 40 minutes my rinse was ready.”
