I used a clearance event and was able to buy a high quality jacket and ski pants. The selection of the snowshoes, gloves, socks it’s worth your trip.”

“I just came from the Nike Store at Grapevine Mills Mall, and I have to say, the staff there are absolutely amazing. Kofi was extremely helpful—honestly, I was about to leave after not finding anything, but thanks to him, I ended up walking out with three items in hand. When I got to the register, Rami was beyond helpful as well. The level of service at this store truly stands out. The entire team at this Nike location deserves recognition for how attentive, friendly, and professional they are.”
“The staff at The Palm Tree Store were absolutely amazing. They are so fun, inviting, and full of positive energy! The vibes in the store were incredible from the moment I walked in. Jennifer helped me choose the perfect outfit and was so personable, making me feel so taken care of.
The Christmas décor was all pink and so fun, giving the store a festive and unique feel that really stood out. I’m from Utah, and I would honestly fly back just to shop here again! This is the kind of customer service and atmosphere that keeps you coming back. I highly recommend The Palm Tree!”
“Had a lovely experience at this grapevine location! I was serviced by KAT and NOE, even though Noe was newer he showed initiative and immediately got a hold of someone that could help out with my situation (needed to exchange shoes I got for work).. KAT went above and beyond was very efficient without rushing at all! I’ve never frequented Skechers but after today I will definitely be returning!

“I don't usually leave reviews but I feel this must be said. the young man named Seth is always SO beyond helpful. I go to grapevine mills a-lot to shop for my children’s clothes and every-time they need a new charm or croc we love to see if he's working. Even if we go in just to say hi we somehow manage to walk out with a bag full of stuff LOL ? Seth is a very sweet young man with great manners which is rare to now. He always says yes ma'am, no ma'am and looks me in the eye when talking to me. He is so good and patient with both of my kids ( he even gets my youngest to crack a smile occasionally, my son is nonverbal which is a huge step for him! ). Go look for him the next time you're in!”
“We came in to look for some running shoes and came away with 2 of them! They were running a buy-one-get-one half off. Both of the employees we interacted with were nice and helpful. The shoe sizes and widths we needed were not available, but they got us set up for free shipping. The shoe prices here are better than other shoe stores that sell New Balance.
The only negative was that some of the shoes were mixed up in the wrong boxes or wrong sections. That led to us being there longer than expected. Otherwise, I'm happy with the experience.”
“I recently visited Carter's store with my daughters, we had such a lovely experience! The store was bright and full of adorable outfits for children of all ages. What really stood out to me, though, was Lolo, the assistant manager. She was incredibly helpful and greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we walked in, and helped us To find exactly what we needed, suggesting some cute items based on what I mentioned my kid likes. It was like talking to a friend who really knows their stuff! She even pointed out some great sales and made sure we were comfortable, Thank you For the best Service .”

“In from out of state and have spent days at other stores and walked around the whole mall in search of a suit. I am about to start my first internship and so it’s been a mix of frustration and anxiety. Tonight, I went into this store about 30 minutes before they closed. I found a suit that I thought was so beautiful. Fitting rooms were closed but when my mom asked, the staff let me try it on. Immediately I knew it was for me. When I walked to check out, my mom and I thanked them profusely and the manager was so kind and excited for me. She made me feel very special and when I thanked her, and was emotional, she gave me a hug and was so happy and kind to me. It was truly a wonderful experience at this location. I found something I am confident and happy in and felt extremely supported by the manager.”
“THANK YOU JAYLA. After having a terrible experience at foot locker shopping for my kids. We stepped in this kids foot locker. Was automatically greeted from behind the register. We did some shopping and the young lady came from behind the counter to offer help. As more customers came in. She was all over the place helping everyone and still handling the register. After about 20 minutes of shopping, she got everything we needed within minutes! As I was in line to pay I did see another employee come out the back. He was probably helping her look for shoe sizes back there that’s why he wasn’t on the floor. But all together! Amazing service! Will definitely come back to spend more money here! I did ask her for her name before I left so I could make sure she got the credit she deserves. I hope I didn’t spell it wrong.”
“We were traveling to Dallas last weekend and enjoyed our stop here at first and bought several items. Unfortunately, we bought an item that was defective. The defect was not easily visible but made the picture frame useless. We are from out of state and the return was tricky. After several customer service interactions, we were helped by a very friendly employee. We sent the item back and received a refund.
Check the items you buy carefully, but we love the other products we got and are glad that we were finally able to return the defect item.”

“After going to three different Nike locations and not finding the help I need I ran into under Armor and found Angelica asked her about football soccer and cheerleading cause all my kids are in sports and she knew everything I mean almost everything she knew more about soccer then anything so if you need help for soccer equipment she’s your women a soccer dictionary dont even ask for anybody else she all in one great personality awesome customer service and general seem like she care needless to say all my money for sport equipment and gear will be from under armor I will be going to her first here on out didn’t get attitude from her because I needed help like I did form nike I will know longer be shopping at Nike and will be moving my stocks somewhere else she showed more leadership then Nike leadership I see that lady being in a leadership for them soon if not already didn’t talk to under armor lead team so I can’t speak on them store was well taken care of other then customer purposely not putting stuff back but Angelica would go right back behind them and clean up there mess and keep a smile on her face thank you Under armor for hiring the people with the right knowledge”

“Our experience on BLACK FRIDAY at Steve Madden located in the Grapevine Mills mall was a really good one. Nehki (Kai) was on point from the moment we stepped into the store and until we left. The personalization she gave in ensuring our experience was a pleasant one was phenomenal. She was quick to grab the shoes needed and to make a suggestion if the shoes we wanted was out of stock. She was professional, patient and maintained a great attitude throughout the entire time.I would also like to give a special shoutout to Lucero (Assistant Manager) who was equally as professional, patient, kind, and engaging. As with Nehki (Kai), Lucero went above and beyond while assisting us during the checkout process and with our online order. She remained patient and never made us feel rushed or as if we were an inconvenience. One of my favorite quotes is “Attitude reflects leadership” — Well Lucero, you LEAD through your example and set the tone for your employees to follow. Good job!!!”

“I noticed maybe 2-3 employees max helping out with customers, while the rest were just standing around the cash register and talking (which is the reason i’m not giving 5 stars). However, there was a nice worker who had just got done helping a customer and as soon as she saw me with a shoe she walked towards me. I’m not 100% sure what her name was, but I believe it was London. I think she was new and seemed a bit nervous, but she did an amazing job! I asked about the sizes they had available, and she was super helpful. She brought out shoes for me, even staying near me in case I needed a different size. Those other workers could learn a thing or two from her kindness.”

“I went back to this store a couple weeks later after buying the PR Apex boots when I met Hillary to see about a larger size because my boots just felt really tight with the new inserts compared to the non-PR boots. I met Blair this time, she’s also very nice and easy to talk to, easy on the eyes as well. We talked the whole time, she performed the foot scan and pulled the larger size, I walked around for a bit, they fit well, but would’ve been too big once they were broken in. Hillary and Beckett came in, I told her Blair talked me out of the larger size, hahaha, I was playing. We proved it just moments earlier. My foot was still swollen. Several weeks later, my foot is finally back to normal and my new PR boots are extremely comfortable, not fully broke in yet, but they are getting there. Y’all gotta go to the Grapevine Redwing Store, Trust Me ! Bye-bye now !”
