Ariel at T-Mobile at Sam's Club in Grapevine, Texas solved an old password problem for Verizon.net that had haunted a customer for many years. Ariel has been very helpful with transferring phone numbers from 2 different cell carriers. Chloe and Jordan were VERY helpful and made the whole process effortless. Ariel Collier was very helpful with transferring data from an old phone to a new phone. Ariel was super helpful with a cell phone problem, helping with a new phone purchase and trade-in. Ariel was very kind and patient, providing excellent recommendations and customer service. Moriah Jenkins also helped and was a great asset. Both were very helpful in taking care of customers.
