“Mike and the team were so helpful and polite. You can hear them repeating customers names in order to remember their face and just to be professional. They were very educational in explaining why services were important and what to look for in the future so that I can know more about my car/safety. I was able to get all new brake pads and rotors without an exhausting process or constant upsell attempts while informing me of what other services I may need in the next few months. I felt very safe in there too.”

“Good honest people. I hit something on the interstate coming into town and started having a bad vibration. Went to get that tire replaced only to find out it was a different tire. They could have just replaced the one I thought it was and then sold me another tire later. They treated me right fixed what I needed fixed instead of trying to weasel more money out of me. Thanks”

“This place I will recommend all day long to everyone. If you're looking for new tires they have a really good selection at an affordable price and if you're looking for a used tire this is definitely the go to place. I took my father along for the ride (77yrs old) and he leaves no stone unturned if you know what I mean. We get there at 11:00 am sharp and there's a few people ahead of us but the guys are working hard and people are starting to pull in behind us...after a few minutes it's our turn and my father sees one of the mechanics rolling a random tire around and thinks it's for my car and asks the gentleman "is that for us??? Tread looks worn?" Embarrassed I asked my father if he would please let the guys work because they're busy...well the used tire is on my car and the nice mechanic wants us to look at the replacement tire and it's a Goodyear tire that's probably only had about 1000 miles wear on a 20,000 mile tire. He was really good with my dad and even aired up my spare for me. So all in all I'm very pleased with this family owned and operated business and I urge everyone to support this locally owned business.”

“I called Firestone while driving home from out of town, ask them about the accessibility of the tires I wanted, I asked them when would be the soonest they could put my tires on and he gave me the exact tires I needed for the right price and the exact time he told me to be there I was there and the exact time he told me it would be finished. It was finished. They also showed me in person that my brake fluid had been ruined and needed to be replaced and I approved that and they did that as well. The service was great!”
“Discount Tire hooked me up with 4 new Michelin Defender tires I had great wear out of my last ones hopefully same with these. If you have an air suspension make sure technicians know to put vehicle in service mode so it doesn’t damage your system. Discount Tire actually has it printed on back of your receipt in which they (technicians) should read and follow. I waited on my truck so I was able to tell them, but they did not read what was on back of receipt? Hopefully next time they will? I will still be back!!!”
