“Oil pan was damaged by Take 5 and I had it towed to this shop.
The lady I spoke to (I believe one of the owners) was very helpful and after speaking with her, I felt very comfortable using them to replace the pan. I dropped it off and told them I was about 2 hours away from home. The next day at midday, they had the pan and replaced it.
I had the car the next day after I dropped it off. Fantastic service from both the nice lady I spoke to and the guy who brought my car out (I believe the other owner).
The entire experience was great. I travel to Port Arthur, so if I need service for my car, this place is now my go to. No question.
The service advisor was Chrissy and the technician is Duc Hung. Everyone here is the best.”
“Mike and the team were so helpful and polite. You can hear them repeating customers names in order to remember their face and just to be professional. They were very educational in explaining why services were important and what to look for in the future so that I can know more about my car/safety. I was able to get all new brake pads and rotors without an exhausting process or constant upsell attempts while informing me of what other services I may need in the next few months. I felt very safe in there too.”

“I got clipped driver side bumper front light, drivers door and front fender rear fender and tail light scratched all the way down just a nightmare... from the time I walked in the front door those ladies were patient took the time doing the initial estimate, constant updates and progress and 3 phone calls updates and a clean up and iam once again out of the dogg house Lol 😆 I cannot stress enough giving our hometown people a try and you'll see why this is our 3rd or 4th project they have knocked out the park thank yall!!!”
