“The Auto center manager (as of this date) was very helpful and was able to help me replace the missing oil cap in my car right away. I was going back home and apparently my car won't start because of low battery key fob. A technician name Hunter didn't hesitate to help me check the key even if he's not supposed to and even helped me start my car. The guy who's working at the front around 4:30pm was very nice and helpful too. Same with the lady who was infront around 10:40am
I wish the other technician this morning around 10:20am who got attitude when I was trying to get my car oil change learn from the good co workers he have. He only left me saying "I can't do this car" after seeing my oil cap is not there and there are oil spills. I still have to ask him questions since I don't know anything about cars but shut the hood right away just like telling me bye. If you're not happy with what you're doing, better quit instead of posing attitude. Good thing your co worker saved the day.”
