“I visited Corey in the sthil section & talked about how I need to upgrade to a larger saw (due to a large tree split). I didn't buy one that day. I researched all other sthil dealers & bought an ms271 from Murdocks ,because they had 175.00 off. I returned it within days of buying it (4 others had returned ms271) to murdocks credit they refunded my money. I then went straight to Ace & got the ms261 (which is what Corey suggested in the first place). Im so so happy with this saw. The customer service was excellent!!”

“It's like Tractor Supply, Cavenders and a gun store had a kid. The people there in the Killeen location are amazing. Corporate could definitely listen to employees though. Rarely do they have new products behind the gun counter but they end up taking my money anyway, lol. Overall, very nice place to shop.”

“It's a small hardware store , I like it because I don't have to walk a mile to get what I am looking for and I make copies of keys regularly there , they cost $1.08 most keys tax included , people there are very curtious and know about almost everything , plumbing, electrical, painting, sheetrock, Easy place to get in an out for people that don't want to walk a mile to get a PVC fitting,”

“Great service. and had exactly what I needed. Person that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the prices where on par with that of the big box stores. Would recommend for your plumbing needs.”

“Ratings are meant to be periodically updated, and once I receive the doors I ordered, I will update the review and see if the number of stars given still holds or should be adjusted. I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful. We had a bit of a language barrier because they are using the vernacular of their Trade and I am describing what I want in layman's terms. Once we cleared the hurdles of jargon, the experience went very well. Quinn and "Pluckie" were exceptionally helpful and it reinforces the notion that employees "make" the business. It is difficult to say if the location is more advantages than perhaps some others, but the location supports access from more than one direction using main thoroughfares, and even with a significant amount of traffic I could easily get to and from the lumber yard.”

“I get busy and the idea of going into the store….just no. I didn’t realize I could just order the planks I needed and have them delivered (and they were at my house first thing the next day too)! Now I can start painting the samples and checking them without waiting another week until I get the energy to enter the store lol! Thank you thank you thank you!”

“I want to thank Neika for her performance and dedication; she was always attentive to our needs. Thanks also to the management team, Heidy and Sarah, who helped my wife and me with a situation we had this month, and yesterday, January 21st, the three of them resolved it for us. It's important to keep, support, and take care of employees like them. They give more than 200% and demonstrated to me that they truly work as a team. I'm a service manager at a company, and this is exactly how I want my employees and myself to treat our customers. Thank you very much. LOWE'S 0209 in Killeen TX.”
