Micheal is who helped us and also did an excellent job, but to have Joey (manager) remember who we were is to me excellent customer care! There was also another customer service representative (female) who was there on her day off to help customers out who could only come today! On her day off! That says alot!”

I was having such a hard time with my phone and the Verizon wireless customer service number was very hard to navigate on my own so I went to this location and they were awesome. Super helpful, got my problem solved, they were patient with me, there was a comfy bench where we sat down and got my problem solved. ESPECIALLY CHASE AND KYANA! “Over the last 3 years, I have been coming to this location while living in the area. There's an employee here that has always gone above and beyond to help me with anything I've needed or have had problems with. Maribel has always been very professional and diligent in assisting me with everything I have brought into the store. This is greatly appreciated. Danny Ghidode came over and was able to set up my new Speednet service and get me the upload and download speeds necessary for my new online job.
