Went in having problems with my phone and Stacey was a great help. Went out of her way to provide excellent customer service all while dealing with multiple customers. Always had a smile and was very cheerful and friendly. Why haven't yall given her raise yet?

Five stars given because the purpose of my visit was to get my phone number out of a "group" plan. The young lady there was able to help me accomplish this and did not try to get me to buy another phone or up sell me anything. It seemed like a smooth transaction.
