“We came out with more than we planned.
My husband and I came for bedsheets and to check out the Quest protein bars. We found a 6 piece bedsheet set (they also have the 4 piece set) and although we didn’t find the Quest flavor that I like, they had other flavors that I had not seen before (so I bought the chocolate chip flavored ones). I also.bought a bag of Combos of a flavor I had not heard of before (Parmesan and garlic). It was pretty tasty. We also bought a hamper for the laundry room. The ladies restroom has plenty of stalls. They are not the prettiest but they are clean.”

“I am a regular customer and had a gift card that never worked at any of the stores in Harlingen. Every time I went cashiers would apologize but were not able to help me. Today YVONNE put in the card manually and fixed the problem in a quick and professional way. She saved the day and saved me from throwing away my card. She’s very smart and professional. “Good service, always has lots of product on the in stock, good sale prices. BUT has limited handy caped parking that Texans drivers usually take with no handy caped stickers or plates....sad, sad that there are so many inconsiderate and rude drivers in Texas.”
“It's so much less expensive going to get milk, bread and eggs among other things at Dollar General then the grocery stores. Dollar General is so conveniently located in my neighborhood and where else can you get a gallon of fresh Hygeia milk for $2.50? Their milk is so fresh because they sell so much of it that it's constantly turning over!”

“I like the fact that at any Dollar General you can be in and out pretty quickly. It's my idea if an expanded version of a convenient store without the gas but with much much better prices . Lol not to mention the Dollar Zone, yep, that still sells great stuff that still costs a dollar.”
