“During a very busy day which there was a long line. The staff member by the name of Crystal gave excellent customer service. She was giving customers fast service. She was also very friendly and welcoming even though they were swamped.”

Sarah took my call over the phone to ensure me that they could work with me and help me unload an item that we where pawning. Followed by good conversation with John, that led me to compare prices and provide a genuine experience in purchasing a guitar. Plus informed me of some good music he had personally written and recorded. Daniel and Omar had helped and all together for it being Easter Weekend really made this experience even better.
