If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in for tech services and was told I had to go to Brownsville Best Buy as they were only servicing IPhone users with the new launch. 25 plus year Sprint customer that is definitely NOT "in the right place"!

Great service was able to get a check to look at my phone right then and there still had to wait to get it repaired but that's understandable.
