“This UPS location meets all my business needs. I maintain a mailbox there, and they are extremely reliable with everything I need done! Whatever the task, the staff is professional, has a positive attitude, and if they don't know how to do something, they lean on each other to get it done. A great team environment. Highly recommended!”

“Just want to give the employees a great review for handling a TERRIBLE person today. An older man (Dennis Kaegi) threw a box at them after he was told some services were down. Incredibly disturbing seeing a customer react like that. Great job UPS for handling your cool.”

6651 Watauga Road Ste 103, Watauga TX 76148
“I honestly don't understand all of the negative reviews. This post office is the best I've ever been to. Yes it may be small and sometimes only have one worker, but it's a small town that it is in. They are always so kind to everyone that comes in and are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I've lived a lot of places all over the country and this is by far my favorite post office I've used. I will take slow service with kind caring workers over fast service with people who are miserable and rude any day!!”
