351 Hillshire Dr, HasletI just wanted to write and let the City of Fort Worth know about the experience I had today with one of their amazing customer service reps in the reception area at the North Animal Campus by the name of Nichole. The moment I walked in I was greeted immediately with kindness, patience, and she made my family feel welcome and answered all questions we had. It's been a while since I've visited a place where an employee went far above and beyond with great customer service. The care and compassion she showed my family will always be remembered. If we could give her 10 stars we would we can not thank her enough on how she made our visit to this shelter that is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of an experience we will tell everyone about to come and visit, adopt, and to make sure Nichole is the one to go to. Fort Worth is doing great having employees like the one we had today. Thanks for all yall do taking care of all those animals much appreciated.
