1236 FM 407 Suite 500, NorthlakeI have been taking my Yorkie, Bailes, here for the last couple years and it’s always been a great experience! Typically, Victoria does Bailes grooming, but even when scheduling didn’t work and another groomer did it, Bailes has looked and smelled wonderful each time. Everyone who works at Its A Paw Thang has been super nice and very customer service forward, including the owner, who is very much involved in the day to day operations and clearly cares about her furry clients experience and their families. We haven’t done the self serve option, but I imagine it being a great option to have if needed.

1490 Commons Cir suite 300, NorthlakeHad to do the hardest thing putting my mom’s cat to rest, my mom passed away 4 months prior. They were so professional and caring. Walked in they could see my stress and tears and they just led me to a room. Sweet Nala was stressed but they calmed her down and there was no time pressure or negative pressure. What a gem of a practice. They really care.
