Long after the visit Dr.’s and Techs and staff continue to monitor the health of the pet. You don’t find the level of care this Clinic provides in most human hospitals. 10/10 would highly recommend. Not to single out any one individual as the entire staff are all equally Amazing, but Dr Wise is my pet’s primary Doctor and if I could I would give her the world. The staff and doctors here are beyond amazing! Helpful, personable, knowledgeable and so loving of Leo. Leo passed this Monday, but I can’t thank the staff of Alta Vista enough for taking care of my boy over the course of these past 3 years.”

I have a very anxious senior rescue dog and I too am a little anxious myself, but they helped us both feel way better about everything!!! Everybody there was so kind and helpful and I really just felt like I was in such good hands the whole time! It’s definitely a place where you can tell everyone really cares about what they do. My dog came from a rough situation and had some really bad matting and they handled her so well! I can tell she feels so much better! We had her check up here and had her groomed here as well! Would absolutely recommend!”

“They were excellent. I visited on a Saturday, and there was only one other pet owner present, which made for a calm and efficient experience. The receptionist was professional and assisted us almost immediately. The wait time was minimal—approximately 5–10 minutes—before we were seen. I brought my 20-lb, 1-year-old mixed poodle for a wellness exam. The standard cost was $75 however, a new-client promotion reduced the total to $25, reflecting a $50 discount. We were also able to have our tick, flea, and heartworm medication prescription emailed to us, allowing us to conveniently order it online. I would highly recommend this location.”

“My dog tore both of his ACLs and had surgery here a year ago. The prices were very affordable compared to other places, and Dr. Rickords was so kind throughout the whole process. My dog Apollo is actually happy to go to the vet, he doesn’t shake or get scared at all. Dr. Rickords walked us through the entire procedure and recovery, which was so comforting and made me feel like they truly care about my pup, not just the money. When Apollo had a bad reaction to his stitches, I called, and they told us to come in right away, no stress, no judgment. He’s now thriving, running, and playing again! We also brought our other dog, Mack, here. Sadly, his body wasn’t producing red blood cells (which they caught), and we had to put him down. We were devastated, but the team was so compassionate the tech even got teary eyed with us. They even sent a card sending their condolences that everyone signed. It meant so much to see how much they care. Apollo is reactive to big dogs, and they always let us come through the back door and call us when it’s clear to bring him in. They truly go above and beyond. Even with our 17-year-old cat, they completely understand that she’s an inside–outside cat and don’t lecture us like most vets do, they just work with her and with us. I bring all of my animals here and don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else unless it’s an emergency. They’re truly the best from the front desk, techs, and vets!”

“Keller All Creatures is amazing! Highly recommended and after today's visit I will probably be switching over to this office for my dogs veterinary care. I had an urgent case with a Canadian goose from a nearby park close to my home and after calling a ton of wildlife centera and rehab facilities it seemed like no one could help me. With a lot of help, I was able to get in and Dr. Gwynn was able to safely and gently removed the strings which were deeply embedded into the legs and the goose will be in her care until we can release this darling goose back to the park. I absolutely love this place and would 100% recommend it to everyone.”

“Our cat had suddenly started limping a lot and we were really worried about him, so we brought him here. Despite not having an appointment, the staff was kind enough to work us in on the same day. Everyone was so compassionate. Our cat tends to get really skittish around strangers so we were worried about how he would handle it, but the staff were excellent at handling him. He got some medication and is doing much better now!”
