“The shipper loader / manager was very professional very polite and deserves those four stars. He let me use the men's room and was up front about when he could start loading my trailer although it was about an hour and a half wait for circumstances out of his control.”
“Takes 3-4 hours to load. You can drop your trailer and go to the nearby truck stops, they will call when you're done. You can also drop your trailer and pull forward. Nice to work with.”
“Parking at this Costco on a weekend was slightly less insane than Arlington or Southlake.More garden and patio stuff than Southlake, and prices on beef seemed slightly lower too.Each store has slightly different inventory for seasonal goods, and this weekend the North FTW location seemed to have the best selection.Stay in the full-service checkouts since the self-scan machines at Costco are cranky and have a poorly designed interface.”
“They may take you early if your appt is at 3pm and you show up at 0900 if the 0900 appt is missed by the other driver you'll get his spot if not you'll be burning time off your clock.”

“Friendly staff. Quick loading time and plenty of room to move around and get set up. Be careful which way you go to get there. The safest way to get there is from the south. The northern routes are mostly no truck routes.”
“For the most part the ladies at the guard shack we're pretty understanding and friendly. But one guard kept forgetting everything that I told her. And whoever was loading me took a little longer than they should have.”

“The staff here is awesome. Everyone is super friendly. Overnight parking is allowed. Plenty of room to maneuver your truck. Early check in time at 6:30am. Drivers usually loaded or unloaded and out of here in around 30 minutes.”

“My appointment was on a Sunday and I got into the dock about 45 minutes before my appointment time where they quickly loaded me. It would’ve been five stars if I had not been over gross and had to return. However, they were quick to put me back into a door and get me reworked and out the gate as quick as possible. This has been a positive experience.”

“Only 4 starts. They have so many trucks scheduled. Took them close to 3hrs to get a door. A Hispanic gentleman came out. Very nice and even gave ne a coke and a bag of chips. He unloaded me in 20 mins. That was pretty cool! ThanksDirections to checking in:~Park and go into office to check in. Make sure you have License plates numbers of the trailer.~After fill the check in paperwork, they will call you with a door.~ when they call with a door, back up to the door. Don’t brake your seal. Guy will come to your truck and will tell you to open your doors~wait for the green light. They will either call you to get your paperwork or the loader/unloader will bring it out to you.”
“Wonderful people. My appointment was Saturday 730am but i got there Friday 2130 and they took me. I had a full truck and unloaded in 1hr. The lady at the office and supervisor Nehru was wonderful. All around i really had a wonderful experience.”
