“I just wanted to give these guys their deserved props! I have been hunting all my life out of Louisiana and decided to hunt something besides Whitetail! I killed an Axis and an Orxy in January 2025! Now I know these two animals are by far better meat but man this meat is good! They helped me figure out what I wanted and gave me stuff to try! This is by far in all my years the best meat house I’ve ever used. They have me asking what the heck my meat house in Louisiana is doing. I got so much meat back and to be honest I will not use anyone else. The meat is that good!! Thank y’all so much for the help getting it home and working with me. Wow what a meat processor! Awesome job guys you should be proud!!”
“10/10 highly recommend! Good selection for humans and dogs lol. Went there to get bones for my doggies. I was a bit confused when I went looking at the bones because one bag said “marrow bones” and the other said “dog bones” so that threw me off a bit and I had to ask the cashier to make sure they weren’t bones from dogs ??♀️? She was so friendly and pleasant and didn’t make me feel stupid at all. Will definitely be going back when we run out.”
“Let me tell you, HEB & Sprouts does NOT even COMPARE. The meat is great quality, and an even better price! Listen I have gone to HEB and the meat is tough hard to digest and make you feel sluggish sometimes even odd looking. Sprouts is even worse regarding price it’s disappointing to say the least. I 10/10 RECOMMEND, we’ve come here twice now and will continue to come here! We’ve been very satisfied with the quality of the meat. It’s soft, tender and juicy easy to digest no complaints not even from my picky eater! Cuts are cut fresh daily, and customer service is great which is rare nowadays! We were assisted with a smile & great patience for new comers like my family. Their packs and special prices can’t be beat! We’re almost done with our recent order & can’t wait to go back! One last thing, yes they take SNAP to those who have it, take a look at their website if needed run don’t walk!!
*** Update We been coming here monthly, their bundles and prices are quality and quantity! Forget Sam’s and Costco and come here you won’t be disappointed. Call ahead if you place large orders and they will have it ready for you to pick up. Which is convenient with our baby girl no time wasted. Over all since coming here my family is overall healthier fed and happier I have a picky eater and let me tell you he raves and looks forward to what’s cooking!”

“This is the best Tex/Mex Carniceria if you like to BBQ, the Tex/mex way. Located in North West. They have, Brisket Centro, Fajita, Pollo, Costillas, Salchicha. They have varieties too, Wings, Pastor for tacos, Marinated chicken with achote, Imported Mexican drinks, etc. This was the best deal, as soon as I came inside knew this was the best spot in North West for weekend vibes cooking! This will be my Meat Market from now on, no doubt. Thanks for the good service. Great Service, Recomended +++”
“Ladies always bag it before I can get it in them.. so good at it.. enjoy the stares in the middle of the aisle standing tall and looking for what the next meal should look like.. I've been able to pick up and bring some home from there a few times and it was good. Some of the best I ever had.

“I've been to this meat market twice. The staff is nice and they have a good variety. I stepped out of my comfort zone today and got a package of Parisa. I wasn't expecting to like the Parisa but its actually delicious!”
