Came in for an upgrade, and he helped us get an iPhone 16e in addition to 4 other Samsung Galaxy 16fe phones and Internet plus free tablet with only 10$ month unlimited internet by switching to T-Mobile all for only 147$ total. We have the first month of cell service free, and our future monthly cost will be a bit lower than our current service under metro. Appreciate his kindness and helpfuness.”
“I lost my phone on 410 at 151 exit while acting as a Good Samaritan for a stalled vehicle. All that was left was an empty case on the shoulder after rush hour traffic wiped it out. Went to Tmobile shop next day and worked with Nicole...omg! She turned my trauma and meltdown into a pleasurable experience and helped me not spend a fortune to get my life back in order. She even guided me through setting up all my crazy medical apps as my phone is connected to my pacemaker, defibrillator and cpap. I came in teary and left happy. I can't stress enough how helpful and intelligent and good at her job Nicole is. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!”
