“I wanted to give 1 star for all the inconvenience we've experienced with the app this evening but I hope tomorrow morning someone will understand! It's 240 am and we've been trying to return our uhaul 30 to 45 minutes! I arrived early to pick up the uhaul but couldn't get the dl to scan or upload, then came later & still was having problems for another 30 to 45 minutes & now we are extremely tired, frustrated & overwhelmed! I assumed picking up a uhaul anytime was such so convenient because we had a rosary last night but it has been a nightmare!”
