“I’ve been a member at this Pure Barre studio for a few months now, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience.
Like many people, my attendance has not always been perfectly consistent due to a busy schedule and life events, but coming back has felt so good, both physically and mentally. The instructors here are incredible. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and intentional about creating a welcoming environment for everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
What really sets this studio apart for me is the level of care and connection they show. From the very beginning, they checked in regularly to see how I was doing, how classes were feeling, and to offer support. When I stepped away for a bit, they did not disappear. They reached out to genuinely check on me and see how I was doing, which meant more than they probably realize.
I understand this is a business, but that kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way. It makes you feel seen, remembered, and valued, not just like another membership number. That sense of community and warmth is rare, and it is exactly why I keep coming back.

“What a great Nordstrom Rack. Everyone welcomes you as soon as you walk in! I want to recognize their Tailor Surin. I have used Tailors from NYC, Miami,Denver and all points in between but Surin, I must say, is a “cut” above the rest. Extremely professional and welcoming. He takes the time for exact measurements and you can tell of his mastery of Tailoring with his movements upon measuring and sight. What a great experience he provides and delivering an exceptional tailored garment. Thank you!!”

“This review is long overdue because I receive exceptional service every time I visit Maurices in Alamo Ranch. Ana is always so welcoming, with the best smile and attitude. Yesterday, I also had the pleasure of working with Taylor and Reylen, in addition to Ana. The collaboration between all three was amazing — my experience was truly outstanding and exceptional, and they all deserve recognition.
As a Customer Service Manager myself, I tend to scrutinize my interactions more than most people. In my role, I often hear about negative experiences, but rarely do we take the time to recognize those who go above and beyond to create a positive one. There’s already too much negativity in the world — so it’s important to celebrate great customer service when we experience it.
I initially came into the store just to pick up an order, but Ana mentioned there were several new arrivals she thought I might like. She knows my style so well! I started browsing and found a few items that caught my eye. Taylor kindly took the items from my arms and started a dressing room for me — even including my pickup package. As I tried everything on, I came out to look in the big 3D mirror (which always gets me!). The reassurance and honest feedback from all three associates, combined with that mirror, convinced me I’d found the perfect outfit.
From the moment I walked in, the warm greeting, smiles, and genuine friendliness set the tone for an amazing visit. Thanks to Ana, Taylor, and Reylen, what could have been a stressful shopping trip turned into a fun, pleasant, and successful one. Their teamwork and customer-focused approach are truly rare, and they’ve absolutely earned my loyalty.

“A good department store with enough items of different types, whether personal or for the home, sells its own brand things as well as other good quality brands and has different promotions for various items but some of its prices seemed quite high for some items of all kinds, the same items that you can find elsewhere at a much lower price but in general everything is good.”

“This store had an amazing selection of Japanese Anime merchandise and goods which included collectibles, Anime figures, and more. There was a lot of nice things like loungefly bags, shirts and a lot more. The only thing of course was that the prices were very steep since it was a place located within the Ingram Park Mall. If you have a rewards account, I am sure there are coupons you can use to mitigate the costs.”
