“If you are not familiar with Duluth Trading company just look up a few of their commercials, it says it all. Their clothes look to solve everyday problems their customers have with other clothing brands. From plumbers crack to crouch gussets, they speak my language. So when I shop here they understand my everyday problems with most clothes and they have solutions. Don’t forget to sign up for their email list for special deals!”
“I wish I could continue to support this store. I hate that it’s come to this, but with how much money I have spent at this store and on a ring that I love. But the stone fell out less than a week after buying it, and I work 60+ hrs a week in DFW. The owners unwillingness to exchange the ring didn’t offer or give me my money back or wait. Three months to get it fixed, and that’s just not acceptable. I work really hard for what I own, and I take care of the things I buy, especially when they bring me as much joy as most of The items from Juliet has brought me in the past. I don’t appreciate the treatment today and will not support them further.”

“It has been a while since I have been to Cato Fashions, and I am glad I visited the location in Flower Mound. When I walked in the store both ladies greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything if it was not in stock in the store they could order whatever I need online. Like always, there is always a variety of clothing options and a new spring line, I was shopping for my graduation. My daughter stated something I needed to do at the counter and the associate added a couple suggestions as well and then congratulated me on accomplishments. The sales extremely helpful!”
“Wish I could give Suffolk Dance Boutique TEN stars!! We live two hours away in a town that doesn’t have a pointe shoe shop. So it’s a drive but each and every time we leave feeling like it was worth it!! I have two daughters that dance and we’ve been coming for years. Their fitting specialists are so well trained and know the tiniest ins and outs of feet and dance. They are kind and patient. Today Abby helped us and she took so much time to work with my girl (junior in high school) who has a lead role in the Christmas show but has several feet issues that had her feeling discouraged about finding an updated shoe fit that would work for her. Abby did not give up until she helped her find the pair!! Thank you Abby and Suffolk!!!”
“I went to purchase a pair of boots from Cavender’s and found a pair I really liked. After walking around in the pair for an hour I realized the boots were too wide and felt too big. I drove to this location the morning before my flight to exchange them for a smaller size. They didn’t have my size in stock at the time, but offered to ship the right size directly to my house without an additional charge. Just received them today, no problems, they fit nicely and are super comfortable. Excellent customer service and staff is super friendly!”
“You can buy Quality Clothes, shoes, men, women, childrens clothes. Baby clothes are very expensive... I had to go to a baby shower in the Galleria so I purchased several darling outfits at Dillard's Outlet at a reasonable amount and Who doesn't want adorable outfits for infants and children's clothes. All Big stores are very pricey
This outlet, you have to take your time and will find what you can afford. I've always shopped at Dillard's in the Galleria and Memorial.
The Outlet is the greatest. Men's clothes, coats and jackets are great value.. I've bought mens coats and jackets for myself because I like a roomy coat or jacket.
Believe me, it will save you money!!”
“Went in to get a new bra after losing some weight and Steph stopped to give me a new measurement, I have never received better customer service, or felt as comfortable at a VS as Steph made me feel. She is EXCELLENT at what she does, and should feel very proud working with women and making them feel confident and beautiful during a more "intimate" shopping experience. “beautiful ladies working 9/4 and 9/5 are exceptional. I had a mishap with my online order completely my fault and they were so kind and understanding. fixed it right up and had me on my way in no time. i was initially only going to be purchasing the one thing, but after that experience I’m already shopping online with torrid again. if those ladies see this, thank you SO MUCH for your help. “I randomly bought a belt here and experience some of the best customer service ever.I was meandering throughout the mall and decided to find a new belt. At 10 minutes before close I walked into Buckle, self-conscious about entering so late. Instead of receiving sneers, I was warmly welcomed by the employees, who showed me the belts. They were so friendly and helpful. Most my interaction was with Myriam (who was awesome!), but other employees were great too.I bought the belt, then realized days later that the buckle (pardon the pun) was too big (aka my gut was too big ;). I had to return it, and again - Myriam and all the staff were super-friendly, welcoming, and helpful.I've worked retail before and know it can be thankless. I've also been to fancier establishments than Buckle and received attitude for briefly glancing 20 minutes before close. The service and kindness of the staff at Buckle was so unexpected and top-notch. I am sincerely impressed.I really hope these individuals are getting the raises they deserve. Any establishment should be proud to have a team like this. I'm not in Buckle's target market, but I wish all my shopping experiences were this delightful. Thanks Myriam and crew!”
“I love shopping here and I've had a great experience selling items as well. I think I've figured out better the specific name brands they like. For people like me who need to downsize their clothing selections or just have a closet full of good clothing items that they just don't wear, this is a good option to have. I'm extremely bad about returning things I've ordered or bought so store like this are great for people like me. Very friendly staff. Always nice and courteous

Briana is such a warm and welcoming young lady. Her friendly smile ? can brighten a person's day. From the moment I walked in she greeted me with hergreat smile and showed eagerness to assist me. I have to add she is great at multitasking as well by helping me and others that were waiting at the same time.
This store location is like no other that I've shopped at. Amazon returns at the front of the store rather than the back is a very good idea, thank you. Your store is bright, neat and organized. Other store managers should see your store and and mirror theirs to yours. Great job.”

“JT Clothiers is steeped in traditional classic comfortable and stylish looks that meld with a man's inner anchor in fabrics that are always ready for you and your lifestyle. I personally, was introduced to the brand when I attended the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas, in the 1980s, where I studied Psychology and Business Management, before heading south to the University of Houston, where I graduated from in December 1992. I have never been able to get such fine clothes, but remember that was their store in the Lillian Miller Parkway location. where I bought my clothes and shoes, which I no longer need, being a real live quadrilateral amputee due to meningoccocemia I contracted in Christchurch, New Zealand in September of 1995. Since then, there's been a lot of water under the bridge and I have returned to my boyhood home, Denton, and I am still loving it. Cheers, Mark F.”

I had to do a return for Amazon purchase and was told I could do it at Kohl's and I went it was so easy, great customer service and it was done in less than a minute! Plus I did not get out of the store cause I found some great dresses and some awesome sales that I had to purchase and when I went up to the register I was greeted by Leslie and she heard me talking to the customer behind me about doing a Amazon return and she ask me, do I have the receipt because I could get a percentage off and I said yes! It was awesome cause she let me know when she didn't have to, but she did. Great customer service all the way around!!!

“What a wonderful experience!!! I’ve been searching for a dress for a wedding all day and decided to take a shot and drive to Denton! So glad I did!! Walked in and was immediately greeted! “I went into Sephora a few days ago a little nervous as I rarely use make up and needed a complete set of everything including being color matched for a really big event I was attending.
Not too many customers in the store and Sam was moving from Person to person. I told her I needed to be color matched. She asked me a few questions on skin type and skin care and BAM first one she picked was a perfect match.
She took the time to help me pick Everything I needed…. Took the time to explain what the product was and why she recommended it. Explained the return policy. She was very helpful and amazing.
