“What is there to say about a drug testing facility. I got a job with the state of Texas. So i had to take a drug test before i could start. They had me in and out with no problems. There is not to much else to say about this place.”

“I had a great experience getting my blood drawn this morning at Quest Diagnostics. The customer service was excellent—the staff was professional, courteous, and made the process smooth and efficient.
One suggestion I have is to add signage outside of Tom Thumb to indicate that Quest is located inside the building. It can be a bit frustrating to navigate, especially for first-time visitors, and clear directions would make the experience.”

About 12 years ago, I became one of Mary's medically complex spotted unicorns. Thank God I have Mary. She has directed my care and referred me to specialists as necessary, which is often. She always has a smile and a funny story, but can also be quite direct when necessary. In short, she cares about her patients and their health. She also takes the time to learn more about things she is less experienced in. I'm so thankful she is the shepherd watching over my care. I'm already dreading when the day comes that she decides to retire.

“I stopped there this morning to get blood drawn per a request from a specialist physician who does virtual consultation. The desk nurse Rae (sp?) quickly reviewed my test order, sent me to the test area, and came back to do the draw. She was very considerate and very skilled: the needle poke was painless, she quickly filled several sample vials, and sent me on my way - my total visit was no more than 10 minutes!”

“The location I went to get my take blood test, did'nt have a receptionist and if this is ur first time you have to check in in a kiosk, and wait to be call, it was a little confused at the beginnig and I wasnt the only one, dont expect a person to tell you what to do, look around and check in the kios...?”

I always make an appointment so the wait is none, I love you send a text the day before so that I can check in through the link in the text…so easy! All staff I have encountered are professional and courteous, and the facility is clean.”
“I’m very grateful for this company. The EMMA testing process, customer service through phone calls to answer my additional questions, and timeliness of the results were a comfort and assurance. I have utilized this company for urine mycotoxin testing before. I felt confident having them process my environmental mycotoxin sample. My results showed positive Trichothecenes, Gliotoxins, and Ochratoxin A. Now I know what I have been exposed to in my ap for a year. “I had a GREAT experience at LSIP for an MRI of my hand, particially my thumb. The out of pocket cost of $375 vs all my other insurance claims with other companies of $490 to $1000 is unmatched, so I highly recommend. Just 1 piece of advice, no one uses CD-ROMs anymore, so burning images to CD's is a bit dated. Please move to storing images on USB/Flash drives. I have my images but no way of accessing them.”
