“I’m a pretty green decoy and when I mentioned to the other decoys at our training club that I would like to get my own bite suit made, the response from everyone was always, “Contact Kirby K9, they’re the best.” I’m so glad I listened and I have since heard similar recommendations from decoys at other training clubs.From start to finish, Kirby K9 could not have made this a better experience. Being newer to all of this, I had several questions about ordering a custom suit (some of which I was worried/embarrassed were maybe dumb questions). Josh Kirby was not only so quick and responsive to my questions, but he was always so helpful in answering them and giving me all the information I needed without ever once making me feel dumb or silly for the questions I was asking.I found a suit design that I liked on the Kirby K9 Facebook page and sent a picture of it to Josh saying I would like that design but with the colors tweaked a bit for me. He handled everything for me and nailed it! All I had to do was provide my measurements and Kirby K9 even sent a SUPER helpful video fully detailing how to take the necessary measurements.My suit arrived yesterday and I was so nervous, hoping it would fit. It fit absolutely perfectly, arrived super fast (I got the Super Rush shipping) and, I know this is a weird thing to say about a bite suit but, it’s SO PRETTY! :)I can’t recommend Kirby K9 enough. Their customer service is unmatched, the product quality is incredible and they will make the whole process of getting your very own “custom armor” (as our wonderful club training director calls it) a smooth, easy and fun process. “I have been coming to Earthwise for years now to have my dogs groomed. The staff is always warm and inviting and kind of feels like a big family. I love that they care for foster kitties and help them find their forever homes, and I adore the sloths. “I needed my 3 yr old male schnauzer, Ashar, groomed in the worst way!!! Not only did they take him same day but they saved his hair (was matted), even after telling me he would have to start over, and surprised me with a perfectly groomed schnauzer cut, for what she had to work with!! The staff was AWESOME and the facility was cute and very clean!! He has found a new home and we are so excited to have found them!! THANK YOU!!”
“We haven't had the pleasure of visiting the store, but Susie's Snack Shop had a table the K-9 Culture Dog Training facility where we purchased some Smoked Chicken Feet. These are my puppy's FAVORITE treat, and a great distractor! She follows me everywhere around the house, except when I give her one of these. It's all she can focus on, and I might as well not exist. We will definitely be coming back for more chicken feet, along with other snacks!”
“Fantastic store and amazing staff! I agreed to take a dog last minute so it wouldn't go to a shelter and I literally went inside the store and said "help". I had dogs growing up but not one since. Aiden walked through each and every aisle with me helping me pick products and figuring out all that I needed. Mika the groomer also took the time to explain dog brushes to me and how to take care of my new dog's coat. They were so nice and very knowledgeable. This will definitely be my new store.”
“I had an issue with a same-day delivery order placed online, where the DoorDash driver only delivered part of my items. When I called the store, Kendall, the manager, was incredibly apologetic and offered multiple solutions to make things right. Since the delivery driver wasn't returning to the store to pick up the rest of my order, Kendall generously offered to deliver it himself. I was honestly surprised by the offer and felt it was above and beyond—but he insisted it was no trouble. He personally brought the rest of my order that same afternoon. “The petsmart in flower mound is great. Once we were visiting and I really wanted a cat even though the adoption employees were gone the manager helped me adopt my Sofie. Recently I wanted to purchase a fish tank with cabinet the manager and another employee helped me us get it into our car.
