“Crystal was extremely helpful and charismatic. She guided us step by step through our wire transfer and made sure everything was secure by asking important questions about the recipient. She also took the time to explain how much members mean to Neighborhood Credit Union. My wife and I truly appreciated her care and professionalism She took her time but she did great.”
