“I went thru drive thru this AM and filled out a withdraw but forgot about a passcode I guess it has been so long I couldn’t remember, but instead of the lady saying can you come in or let me help you with that, she said I need a passcode I was so frustrated and embarrassed I said give me my info back and she was like ok.So very unprofessionalBut I called Denton DATCU and the lady was so nice and very helpful”

I also want to mention that the branch manager always greets to the customers and offers help; he apparently runs this branch very efficiently.”
