“Becky is amazing! She helped me with a difficult return. My mom lives 5 hours away (not near a loft) and her Christmas present was the wrong size. I purchased a cute blue sweat suit that was too big. Becky helped me exchange it for the correct size. The top was sold out in the size I was hoping for and she helped me find a top that was comparable color-wise. We then were able to ship it to my mom. Becky was so tech savvy and amazing! The customer service at this location is unmatched. Not only do I love loft as a brand with great clothes, but their employees are fantastic”
