“We had a fantastic experience at the Oakley store on May 13th! From the moment we walked in, we received an incredibly warm welcome from AJ. He is the epitome of a professional—friendly, polite, and deeply knowledgeable about the products. AJ took the time to walk us through the features and ensured we knew exactly how to care for and use our new gear. He’s a natural salesperson; he mentioned the 50% discount on a second pair, and his expertise made the decision easy. We are thrilled with our purchase and are already enjoying our HSTN S2s. With his stellar attitude toward customers, AJ is a huge asset to the company, and we hope he’s recognized for his hard work. We will definitely be back!”

“Best place to get a suit in the area! I cannot express my gratitude to these guys enough! They helped me select a suit (I didn’t even know where to start), explained sizing and styles. Then once I made my selection the alterations(tailoring) was done in a very timely fashion. I will never buy a suit anywhere else!”

“Very well organized and great prices on clothing. I wish the store had more home goods. What is highly disappointing is that you can’t look at the handbag selection up close. They have a few on the floor but most are on walls behind the registers and the area is closed off to customers. They really need to find a better way to display these even if theft is a concern. I gave up on trying to see them from several feet away and was not going to get a cashier to pull random bags.”

“We had such a fun time at The Buckle in Denton! 🩷 We were blessed with the best two girls helping us. They were so upbeat, fun, and genuinely helpful. They made shopping such a great experience, especially helping my daughter feel confident and excited. It’s not every day you find people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. These girls were amazing, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you for making shopping such a fun memory! 🤍 We will be back!”

“Jack was the nicest sales associate ever. He helped me immediately with shoes, didn’t even need to tell him my size bc he looked at the box I already had. He immediately brought me over two different options and gave me a great pitch as to why they were so comfortable and showed me even more options online. He was also helping another shopper at the same time, giving both of us the perfect amount of attention and juggling both sales with ease. He was knowledgeable and so friendly 10/10 experience bc of his service!”

“Tre was easily one of the best retail employees I’ve ever met in my life. He was awesome and super accommodating. He had answers to all my questions and helped me even while he was clearly busy taking care of other stuff in the store. The other lady that was working with him also seemed really sweet but I don’t have her name unfortunately. Not to mention the deals here were ridiculous. 100% cotton outerwear jacket for 25 bucks is a no brainer. 10/10 recommended for anyone to pass by”

“JT Clothiers is steeped in traditional classic comfortable and stylish looks that meld with a man's inner anchor in fabrics that are always ready for you and your lifestyle. I personally, was introduced to the brand when I attended the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas, in the 1980s, where I studied Psychology and Business Management, before heading south to the University of Houston, where I graduated from in December 1992. I have never been able to get such fine clothes, but remember that was their store in the Lillian Miller Parkway location. where I bought my clothes and shoes, which I no longer need, being a real live quadrilateral amputee due to meningoccocemia I contracted in Christchurch, New Zealand in September of 1995. Since then, there's been a lot of water under the bridge and I have returned to my boyhood home, Denton, and I am still loving it. Cheers, Mark F.”

“I had bought the wrong size on Black Friday because I got a little carried away. The manager at this location went above and beyond to help me get the shoes in my size. It was the last pair!!! I drove to 3 different locations to find them and if it hadn’t been for his professionalism as well as efficiency I wouldn’t have been able to obtain them. Will most definitely make the drive back this weekend to shop there!”

“Great service! I had to do a return for Amazon purchase and was told I could do it at Kohl's and I went it was so easy, great customer service and it was done in less than a minute! Plus I did not get out of the store cause I found some great dresses and some awesome sales that I had to purchase and when I went up to the register I was greeted by Leslie and she heard me talking to the customer behind me about doing a Amazon return and she ask me, do I have the receipt because I could get a percentage off and I said yes! It was awesome cause she let me know when she didn't have to, but she did. Great customer service all the way around!!! Thank you Leslie!!”

“**Kohl's Store #1461** Briana is such a warm and welcoming young lady. Her friendly smile ? can brighten a person's day. From the moment I walked in she greeted me with hergreat smile and showed eagerness to assist me. I have to add she is great at multitasking as well by helping me and others that were waiting at the same time. This store location is like no other that I've shopped at. Amazon returns at the front of the store rather than the back is a very good idea, thank you. Your store is bright, neat and organized. Other store managers should see your store and and mirror theirs to yours. Great job.”

“I went into Sephora a few days ago a little nervous as I rarely use make up and needed a complete set of everything including being color matched for a really big event I was attending. Not too many customers in the store and Sam was moving from Person to person. I told her I needed to be color matched. She asked me a few questions on skin type and skin care and BAM first one she picked was a perfect match. She took the time to help me pick Everything I needed…. Took the time to explain what the product was and why she recommended it. Explained the return policy. She was very helpful and amazing. Just wanted to say thankyou to Sam and I got tons of compliments at the event.”

“Good customer service! I stopped by to make returns of J.Crew and J.Crew Factory items purchased online and had no problems despite what the website says. (Yes, you can return both J. Crew and J. Crew Factory to this Factory Outlet location.) I didn't spend any time shopping in the store but the customer service was on-point.”

“Not only do I shop at Khols pretty often I love to return my Amazon things there. The line goes very quick and the people behind the counter are usually pretty friendly. My most recent trip I found a jacket that I thought was 50% off and it turns out it was just on the wrong rack and after the cashier kindly explain that to me, she called over the manager, and he honored the 50% since it was a miscommunication on their part without me even asking. He then went immediately to fix the issue. He was extremely friendly and smilie. I really like the Flower Mound location and I will continue to come back even more because of how kind and friendly the workers were and accommodating the manager was. 5 stars.”

“Recently saw that they had sponsored Matt Hughes returning to hunting and wanted to support them in return. I bought a shirt. With my purchase the communication was great, shipping was speedy, and the package had a personal touch to it. Next time I need to buy any hunting apparel I will be heading to Sixsite.”
