“The cheapest gas hands down I just wish the workers would go tell people who come in the wrong way that they can't do that anymore. We all wait in long lines and pump gas how we are supposed to then these selfish people just cut you off and pull in the wrong way like it's not clear we are all waiting in line in one direction so I wish they would make the employees enforce the one direction more but other then that cheap gas nice pumps”

“This is the best pharmacy in the area and the competition isn’t close. Heidi, and Candace in particular are phenomenal. Everyone I’ve spoken with is kind, considerate, and knowledgeable.
We made the switch from the Walgreens down the road after (yet another) issue with them. My biggest regret is that we didn’t make the switch sooner. I’ll happily give up drive-thru pickup for the kind of customer service this CVS delivers.

Wonderful customer service.They help us understand our medications also if needed.”
“I always love my HEB experiences. I'll go out of my way to go to HEB. It being a Texas business means a lot to me not to mention everyone is always fresh. The employees are always friendly and the lines at the register always move quickly.”

“Sam's Club is my favorite place to buy bulk items.They sell food, clothes, appliances, electronics, and seasonal furniture, for the outdoors. Regular furniture for the home. We love the snack bar. Where we sit and have a bite to eat. Check out their bakery. You can choose from a wide selection of cakes and desserts for that special occasion. They also have days where new members can join for just 50 dollars. Look for advertising or just ask at the service desk. Discounts for service members, active,reserve, or retired veterans. I forgot, they also have a tire and rim department.”

It’s got all we would need without having to run to Walmart or even order off of Amazon. It’s close to home and we know where everything is. It is stocked with great varieties of food and great employees. The prices as a member are tremendous as it helps us save so much each week. Favorite: the coupons they mail to you on the things you buy!”

“Customer service always goes above and beyond. Because of health issues I need to use a battery powered cart. When I went thru the door today all carts were not available as they were being charged. As I was filled with dispair here comes a young lady through the door who works there and I asked if she knew if there were any other carts. She offered to go to the other side of the store and check and did come back with one I could use so I was able to get my groceries. She was so kind and helpful, all the employees are wonderful.”

I was standing by the water cases when a young man came and asked me if I needed help to load water cases into my shopping cart. I said yes please I need five of them and could really use the help. He was very nice and super helpful!”
“I had a pharmaceutical emergency and CVS was out of my medication. Kroger was also out. Walgreen's would only fill under conditions I did not meet. HEB was not accepting new patients for my medication. I was beginning to panic because I have to take this medication to function and would become extremely sick if I didn't have it. The Pharmacist promptly asked for my information, set me up an account over the phone and told me to have my Dr send over the prescription. She was very kind and professional. I had initially told her I had insurance but it did not cover the prescription and when I called back to confirm it was received she wanted to make sure, in fact, that the insurance wouldn't cover it because it was almost $300. I always have issues every month with CVS. I didn't have not one issue with this lady who didn't even have an account with me to fill a prescription that is so important for me to live. Thank you, Texas City Pharmacy for saving the day!”

“Best pharmacy I've been to in the area. I've been here many times. It's always relatively fast and everyone is friendly. I had an issue with my insurance once, and they cleared it up within a few minutes. For those leaving bad reviews, go to Kroger in TC. You'll come running back to Walmart.”
