“This is the best pharmacy in the area and the competition isn’t close. Heidi, and Candace in particular are phenomenal. Everyone I’ve spoken with is kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. We made the switch from the Walgreens down the road after (yet another) issue with them. My biggest regret is that we didn’t make the switch sooner. I’ll happily give up drive-thru pickup for the kind of customer service this CVS delivers. Big thank you to everyone there for making sick days easier.”
“The service at CVS in Target in Dickinson is great! They are always nice and go above and beyond to help. That also , always address us by name, when they greet us. They take the time to make your experience personal. We usually are helped by Heidi and Candace. They are always smiling and conversational. Wonderful customer service. They help us understand our medications also if needed.”
“I couldn't remember which vitamins my doctor had recommended, so I asked for advice. The pharmacist explained the differences between a few options without trying to sell the most expensive one. Honest guidance like that earns my trust.”
“9 pm on a Friday August 7th and the young lady at the drive through and the pharmacist were very kind and got my medication filled within an hour of my prescription being sent and just before they were closing. Very impressive service!”
“Definitely my one stop to go , staff super friendly not to mention the manager Sergio !! Above & beyond to help me resolve an issue with my purchase. He also helped me with my photo order again praise his heart and patience.”
“Been using for a few years now & the customer service has always been admirable, truly.Mackenzie just went above & beyond to help me with a troublesome prescription. It’s worth public appreciation in a time where decency is rare.”
“Great location with consistently clean aisles and a tidy atmosphere throughout. The employees here really stand out for their efficiency and friendliness. I haven’t needed much assistance during my visits, but I always notice how well they maintain the store’s appearance and how genuinely upbeat the team seems—lots of smiles and positive energy. Prices are also reliably accurate and marked correctly, unlike other stores that mix up sale tags or forget updates. I’d call this a 4.5‑star spot, but since that’s not an option, I’m giving it four simply because there’s always room to improve. The snack and beverage selection could be broader, and since it’s such a well‑run location for its size, I actually wish it were a little bigger to include more brands across skincare, hair & grooming products & in the seasonal sections, & also the currently booming trading cards they carry, with faster restocks & more new releases from the likes of Topps, Panini, and Pokémon brands. (Random Observation/Theory stores with trading cards stock & latest updates usually indicate their locations high level of respect from corporate & keeps that store a priority) Overall, it’s a solid local go‑to for convenience, dependability, and great service. Summary: • Clean, well‑organized store with friendly, hardworking staff. • Accurate pricing and upbeat atmosphere every visit. • Room for expansion—could use larger selection of snacks, trendy & broader variety of skincare/grooming options & trading‑card sections.”
“I was shocked to see the poor reviews. I've been getting prescriptions filled here for years. I've never had an issue getting my prescriptions. In fact, I've often been impressed on how they've consistently outperformed a nearby Walgreens when Walgreens have gone "silent" when there are issues with a prescription or just simply not in stock. CVS would have it and I'd typically have issues resolved proactively and prescriptions in hand on the same day. Thanks for doing it RIGHT!”
“The staff at Walgreens on the corner of 517 and 646 are exceptionally professional, kind and nice. My husband and I have been shopping there over 15 years and the interaction is consistent. I will not shop anywhere else.”
