“I had a pharmaceutical emergency and CVS was out of my medication. Kroger was also out. Walgreen's would only fill under conditions I did not meet. HEB was not accepting new patients for my medication. I was beginning to panic because I have to take this medication to function and would become extremely sick if I didn't have it. The Pharmacist promptly asked for my information, set me up an account over the phone and told me to have my Dr send over the prescription. She was very kind and professional. I had initially told her I had insurance but it did not cover the prescription and when I called back to confirm it was received she wanted to make sure, in fact, that the insurance wouldn't cover it because it was almost $300. I always have issues every month with CVS. I didn't have not one issue with this lady who didn't even have an account with me to fill a prescription that is so important for me to live. Thank you, Texas City Pharmacy for saving the day!”

“Enter the store at 7:30 am this morning. Was immediately welcomed by a staff member. She was very courteous and treated me like a valued customer. All the items I needed were easy to find and reasonably priced. The store was very clean and shelves were all faced and organized. I was helped at the checkout and there was no wait. Another very good experience at CVS. Thank you!”

“I have done business at numerous Walmarts for many years and in my case that really is many years. The only issue I can see with their Superior Pharmacy is everybody has begun to understand that this is the go to Walgreens in the region. Their Pharmacy management is excellent and if it's at all possible any concerns are met and fixed. If they can't be fixed things are clearly explained. I drive past a much closer Walgreens to go to this one. They're just so busy but they are busy not because of anything but they are popular and everybody knows they're good. Everybody needs to use this place as an example for how an efficient Pharmacy is run. Even though they're busy the staff is very helpful and friendly”
“I want to personally thank Sarah the pharmacist.. I called numerous locations and was told they didn’t have my medication Im stock.. something told me to try again this morning and a VERY HUGE THANK YOU.. Ty to Sarah for treating me very well.. she filled my prescription and was so helpful in reminding me to update my address..*** please keep in mind I called this same pharmacy last night and was lied to LITERALLY LIED TOO.. they first told me there is a prior authorization. Then they told me my insurance would not pay for the generic they have on file or name brand.. only to be call this morning and told my account has been flagged due to my address still showing I live in Pearland.. no one was woman enough to tell me they just said “no” like a bully.. that is every location from Texas City to La marque and Galveston..”
