“I had a pharmaceutical emergency and CVS was out of my medication. Kroger was also out. Walgreen's would only fill under conditions I did not meet. HEB was not accepting new patients for my medication. I was beginning to panic because I have to take this medication to function and would become extremely sick if I didn't have it. The Pharmacist promptly asked for my information, set me up an account over the phone and told me to have my Dr send over the prescription. She was very kind and professional. I had initially told her I had insurance but it did not cover the prescription and when I called back to confirm it was received she wanted to make sure, in fact, that the insurance wouldn't cover it because it was almost $300. I always have issues every month with CVS. I didn't have not one issue with this lady who didn't even have an account with me to fill a prescription that is so important for me to live. Thank you, Texas City Pharmacy for saving the day!”

Even when they don't have a medication in stock, they communicate well and will transfer the prescription or keep you up to date as to when the medication will come in. “Do homeless kids have to do homework? That seems fundamentally unfair. But it is also unfair to the kids with homes? Should those kids be penalized for having parents that can provide? Do they get homelesswork? Like, instead of math questions about John and his apples, they have to count the bottles they collect to eat that night? I really don't like how this is going. Anyway, Kroger has good prices and friendly employees. Kroger. 4/5 Stars.”

“I just left this store. My son and I stopped here to see what they had in terms of Christmas items. The staff was all super kind and helpful. When one cashier stepped away for a minute, another employee went and stepped in her place in case we were ready instead of us having to wait. They had a few christmas buy one get half off sales so we grabbed a couple things. I wish they had more in terms of Christmas stuff but I'm still thankful for what I got and the great customer service!”
