“The cheapest gas hands down I just wish the workers would go tell people who come in the wrong way that they can't do that anymore. We all wait in long lines and pump gas how we are supposed to then these selfish people just cut you off and pull in the wrong way like it's not clear we are all waiting in line in one direction so I wish they would make the employees enforce the one direction more but other then that cheap gas nice pumps”

From the folks like Loretha from the business office letting me know beforehand about the projected OOP costs to the nurse calling to make sure I was clear about all the preparation, to the receptionists and staff before, during, and after, it was reassuring to have such a professional team working together! “This is the best pharmacy in the area and the competition isn’t close. Heidi, and Candace in particular are phenomenal. Everyone I’ve spoken with is kind, considerate, and knowledgeable.
We made the switch from the Walgreens down the road after (yet another) issue with them. My biggest regret is that we didn’t make the switch sooner. I’ll happily give up drive-thru pickup for the kind of customer service this CVS delivers.

“Sam's Club is my favorite place to buy bulk items.They sell food, clothes, appliances, electronics, and seasonal furniture, for the outdoors. Regular furniture for the home. We love the snack bar. Where we sit and have a bite to eat. Check out their bakery. You can choose from a wide selection of cakes and desserts for that special occasion. They also have days where new members can join for just 50 dollars. Look for advertising or just ask at the service desk. Discounts for service members, active,reserve, or retired veterans. I forgot, they also have a tire and rim department.”
“In years past I have been both a vendor but also a customer of Hart Pharmacy in La marque I can happily report that Mr. Hart and his team are ethical and honest in all aspects of business but most importantly in the way they treat the patients who come in to get prescriptions filled but also customers who come in to get beautiful calendars and gifts Hart Pharmacy even stocks hundreds of impossible to find board games too, and even has a play area with tables and chairs it's really a wonderful place. It’s got all we would need without having to run to Walmart or even order off of Amazon. It’s close to home and we know where everything is. It is stocked with great varieties of food and great employees. The prices as a member are tremendous as it helps us save so much each week. “I had a pharmaceutical emergency and CVS was out of my medication. Kroger was also out. Walgreen's would only fill under conditions I did not meet. HEB was not accepting new patients for my medication. I was beginning to panic because I have to take this medication to function and would become extremely sick if I didn't have it. The Pharmacist promptly asked for my information, set me up an account over the phone and told me to have my Dr send over the prescription. She was very kind and professional. I had initially told her I had insurance but it did not cover the prescription and when I called back to confirm it was received she wanted to make sure, in fact, that the insurance wouldn't cover it because it was almost $300. I always have issues every month with CVS. I didn't have not one issue with this lady who didn't even have an account with me to fill a prescription that is so important for me to live. Thank you, Texas City Pharmacy for saving the day!”

“Great location with consistently clean aisles and a tidy atmosphere throughout. The employees here really stand out for their efficiency and friendliness. I haven’t needed much assistance during my visits, but I always notice how well they maintain the store’s appearance and how genuinely upbeat the team seems—lots of smiles and positive energy. Prices are also reliably accurate and marked correctly, unlike other stores that mix up sale tags or forget updates.
I’d call this a 4.5‑star spot, but since that’s not an option, I’m giving it four simply because there’s always room to improve. The snack and beverage selection could be broader, and since it’s such a well‑run location for its size, I actually wish it were a little bigger to include more brands across skincare, hair & grooming products & in the seasonal sections, & also the currently booming trading cards they carry, with faster restocks & more new releases from the likes of Topps, Panini, and Pokémon brands. (Random Observation/Theory stores with trading cards stock & latest updates usually indicate their locations high level of respect from corporate & keeps that store a priority)
Overall, it’s a solid local go‑to for convenience, dependability, and great service.
