The owner, PJ, and the other coaches I usually work with (Rodrigo and Melissa) are awesome - helpful, encouraging and attentive to my safety while working out. The other Crossfitters are friendly and supportive and there is a real sense of community here. I am 73, almost 74, but nobody treats me like an old man! LOL!”

They set up stations on the field for hitting, throwing, batting and base running and the kids had an absolute blast. The coaches set up, broke down and brought all of the equipment and supplies! It was great! And the coaches Aaron and Austin were great with the kids. Perfect set up!”
