I usually have the worst experience, worst attitudes that I hate going , but Sandra was amazing 2 hours there felt like 20 minutes , she was so welcoming , fast , understanding ,kept finding solutions to a problem she didn't even have control over. LOVED HER. totally manager material, helped me sooo much , I was so over t mobile & the customer service rep. But she did everything once she took over and found a solution! 10/10 experience with her.”

I visited the T-Mobile Horizon location and had an excellent experience. The team took the time to explain the different plans and clearly walked us through the differences between the devices.
Esteban helped us with the entire process, including the setup and provisioning, and his service was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything very easy to understand.
