I usually have the worst experience, worst attitudes that I hate going , but Sandra was amazing 2 hours there felt like 20 minutes , she was so welcoming , fast , understanding ,kept finding solutions to a problem she didn't even have control over. But she did everything once she took over and found a solution! 10/10 experience with her.”

Keeping my kids and other customers in the loop, with a nice metro bag pack for school ?? and metro by T-Mobile water bottle to keep hydrated, he Knows how to treat his customers. I visited the T-Mobile Horizon location and had an excellent experience. The team took the time to explain the different plans and clearly walked us through the differences between the devices.
Esteban helped us with the entire process, including the setup and provisioning, and his service was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything very easy to understand.

“I am not a Cricket wireless customer; I just stopped looking for a case for my iPhone. Let me tell you this store has a manager by the name of Alonso with such an amazing persona, very friendly, attentive, helpful and courteous.
He put the liquid glass, tempered screen protector and a new case for me. Went above and beyond to help me register the warranty for them online. How cool is that. Good job Alonso, you deserve to be acknowledged for such a lovely job!

“This place is cool. Doesn't have that fancy vibe like other places. It is a cozy, comfy place. Very relaxed. Since Conn's, delivered damaged appliances and a broken TV. We decided to return items and go to a really good place for the appliances I really need. Thanks Aaron's for everything.”
