“I always buy the Appetito dog food here. But there's a shiny bag and a dull bag.
My dogs seem to like the shiny one better. So I ask the female employee to get me the shiny one. But she said it was the same even though the description is different. She had an attitude and told me she would know because she works there. I went again this week and I'm not sure if she remembered me but she didn't offer to take the bag to my car and she just stood there looking at me until I asked her because I'm 63 & I don't have the strength to carry a 40 pound bag.
Other employees have always offered to carry it and have always been pleasant when i say thank you but this girl just put it in the car and left, obviously she remembered me.”
“Petco now sells their bags. Granted, it's a minimal amount but that should be included in their budget & profits not passed on to the customer. I guess it's the equivalent of restaurants charging that 3% fee for using a credit card to pay. Businesses are getting out of control - SMH.
