One thing that stood out to me was how quickly the office responded whenever I had a question. Ashley made the application process simple and Derrick was a huge help on move-in day. So far no complaints.

I didn’t schedule a tour but Ashley greeted me with a smile. She is easy to talk to and actually listened to what I was looking for. The Essential Housing process ended up being much easier than I expected & I’ve been happy with my decision so far.
