Claudia is literally the BEST. She’s so professional and helpful!!! She helped me with a return and then helped me pick something out I liked more. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. Love this location because of Claudia and her team!!!

Store was recovered and put together but the staff was not willing to help. The looks they gave all of the customers walking in was less than welcoming. They didn’t seem like they liked their job, which is sad because other places in the mall had exceptional customer service. To American Eagle I go!
