Have called ahead to see if they have what I need hold time is minimal went in met at door with a smile said I called and was shown exactly where product was located in store. Also I love browsing here. Have bought propane here also very reasonable. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Enjoy my experience with them. As the saying goes ACE IS THE PLACE.

Came in looking for some hard to find Air Conditioner parts. Greg greeted me at the door and took me around the store, gathering everything I needed. The whole staff was very friendly. Great experience.

Seen a Black Friday sale and called this Ace hardware they had no clue about what I was talking about and the woman said something of this nature that location wasn’t really connected with the brand. I always wondered why it was so old and broken down. Won’t be ever coming to this location.

Really fortunate to have this store here. They've got a lot of great items here and have some good sales. Even more convenient is being able to order online and pick up in the store. Can't say enough about the staff. Always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I call ahead of time to ask questions and they're always responsive and happy to help.

They say on their website that they have products available and when you arrive they do not have them, they made me drive to the store for more than 1 and 30 minutes and when it arrived they say that they have not had the product since 2020

I had fantastic help with my project within the hardware section. The lady whose name I had forgotten helped me and explained how to install my vehicles license plate and frame. Without her I would have been lost and frustrated with my purchase from a big box store.Don’t let the outside or neighborhood deter you. It was well worth my time and effort to get there and I was not disappointed.
