The Adidas Store Houston is a retail store featuring the brand's signature athletic footwear, clothes, and accessories. Many customers report excellent and helpful customer service, with employees described as friendly, incredible, and awesome. It is a favorite sportswear store for some. However, the selection of clothes and shoes is often noted as limited or small. The location is considered inconvenient by some, being far from parking and requiring exchanges to be made at FedEx. Despite this, it remains a great place to shop for athletic gear.
Sandra was amazing. I came in close to closing and was about to leave when she kindly asked if I needed help. She quickly found exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process fast and easy. Fast, friendly, and very helpful, I really appreciated her great customer service!
