“Has fitted our entire family for skates. Great at listening to our medical issues and working around them. My daughter recently got fitted after transitioning from her recreational skate and it has made a world of difference already. They have never made us feel rushed to pick a skate and let our desires of type of skating, medical need, and fit all take part in the boot choice. I always refer people to come here, even if a long drive.”

“Cool gun shop and very nice employees. Had to ship out a revolver for warranty work and used them. Seamless transition from the day I gave it to them to the day I had to pick it up, doesn't charge a transfer fee for warranty work too so big plus. Highly recommended”

“I had a great experience here for multiple reasons: 1. I could park right by the entrance to the building-I didn’t have to go through the Galleria to get to it. 2. George, my sales person sold me the clubs I needed that weren’t the most expensive ones. 3. The store is nice and is huge and has everything you need to play golf whether you’re a beginner or a pro.”

“So my girlfriend recently got on a league and they had someone backout and needed another player. So I joined the league. I was on a league back in the 70's and used to have my own ball and such. So I needed a ball and bag and shoes and everything. I got online to search for a pro shop. I found the reviews for this place to be good. So I drove up after work one afternoon. I have to say this place is top notch!! They had the time to help me figure out what I needed. Advised me on what I needed. I picked out a new ball and Matt worked with me to measure everything. They prepared my ball while waiting. Found a bag and the shoes I wanted. Matt took the time to make sure the ball was right. He coached me on some things. I walked out of there with everything I needed. I'm Very satisfied with how they handled everything!! In this day and time it's getting harder to find good customer service. This place exceeded my expectations!!”

“I highly recommend this pro shop! I had a great experience at Carol Norman’s Pro Shop. Carol was very helpful throughout the process and spent time coaching me while I was testing my bowling ball. She observed my throws, gave feedback on my release, and helped me understand what adjustments I needed to make as a beginner transitioning from house balls to my first custom ball. Another staff member handled the fitting, but Carol was actively involved in guiding me during testing and making sure I felt comfortable with my setup. I really appreciated the patience, teaching, and attention to detail. Overall, very knowledgeable and supportive environment. I would recommend this pro shop to anyone looking for both a proper fitting and hands-on coaching to improve their game.”

“Travis was our sales guy and a great expert who helped me find the right fit for my walks and even gave me additional advice for my Plantar fascitis. I got a new pair of shoes, socks for support and the wheel thing for stretching my feet. When I come back would love to work with him again!”

“I recently went in for a full PXG club fitting in Houston with John McDermott, and the experience exceeded every expectation. John was extremely patient and diligent throughout the entire session. He took the time to really understand my swing, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and never rushed a single step. The way he worked felt like a unique mix of mad scientist, doctor, and mechanic — methodical, precise, and genuinely passionate about dialing everything in perfectly. I’ve now played half a dozen rounds with the new clubs, and they are absolutely popping. The improvement in feel, consistency, and ball flight has been noticeable right away. If you’re considering a fitting with PXG in the Houston area, I can’t recommend John highly enough. Professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. Extremely happy with both the process and the results.”

“I have a very particular shoe size that's hard to find in stores. I went to Fleet Feet and this location didn't have it in stock, but the older gentleman working there that afternoon was able to find it in the system for me and have the other location in the Woodlands put it on hold. He was very nice and I really appreciated his help and understanding. I saw another employee helping another customer and being very attentive as well.”

“So my first time going to On The Run and I have to say it was a great experience! Went on Thursday July 23rd 2026 and was helped by both Lindsey and Leanne, both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful. I really like how the measure you and watch how you walk so they can help you find the proper fitting shoes. I did end up purchasing a pair of Saucony's that feel wonderful. I was so impressed with this store and there services that I brought my husband back the following Saturday July 25th and Jericho was able to help my husband find a pair of Hokas that he absolutely loves. Jericho provided the same great service. I highly recommend this store!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service my mother and I received from Omar and Maesha! Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care made our shopping experience truly outstanding. Omar was incredibly helpful in assisting my elderly mother with finding the right shoes. He took the time to understand her needs, explain her options, and make sure she felt comfortable with her choice. His kindness and attentiveness meant so much to both of us. Maesha was equally wonderful in helping me select the best jacket. She patiently guided me through the options and made the entire process, from selection to purchase, easy and enjoyable. Employees like Omar and Maesha are the reason I gladly drive across town to shop at this location. They made us feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of. Thank you both for going above and beyond—we will definitely be back!”

“What a wonderful overall experience! I had the pleasure of working directly with Daniel, the store manager, whose level of customer service was truly outstanding. He followed through on every commitment, ensured our order was accurate, and worked diligently to meet our delivery deadline. What impressed me most was his integrity. Daniel identified an invoicing error that was actually in the store’s favor; meaning I would have paid more than expected. Instead of charging the higher amount, he was upfront about the discrepancy and honored the original quote, emphasizing that he values long-term relationships over a one-time gain. That level of honesty and customer first mindset is rare and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend the Spring, TX location and look forward to continuing to use Billiard Factory as my first choice for all future game room and gaming needs.”

“My wife and I have been owning and operating our own business for 13 years and during those years, we’re on our feet a lot. A whole lot. That’s why we’re thankful to Roxana and Fleet Feet at Vintage Park! We’ve been coming here rhe past few years and we’ve gotten superb first-class service and last month, with Roxana, was another stellar example of why customer care is so important to a corporation. She was very, very patient as she asked the right questions about our daily routine and found the shoes that best suited our needs. We ended up not wanting to decide between two shoes for my wife and I and went with both selections, two for each and a total of four pairs. Not too often that happens but because of Roxana’s wonderful customer care, we knew she valued our business so we spent our hard-earned money with her company that day last month. If you’re on your feet like my wife and I, you need to invest in quality footwear and there’s no better place I would recommend than Fleet Feet with Roxana being the star associate who makes you feel she and her company values your business! Tell her David & Amy sent you, your family’s feet will thank you!”

“Not sure how this place has a 4.9 rating and not a 5. They make it so easy to find what you need and have great expertise. I will never go to Academy or Dick's for baseball gear ever again. I had been through multiple bats for my son at great expense. Not only do they have a larger selection than any other spots store - BUT THEY ALSO LET YOU TRY IT OUT in their batting cage. Easily found the best bat and couldn't be more grateful. Thanks again A.J.!”

“I don't write a lot of reviews, but WF Athletic Supply earned this one. I had a fairly complicated order for my home gym, and there were a few issues along the way that required more back-and-forth than either of us would have preferred. What stood out was how professional, responsive, and solution-oriented the team was throughout the entire process. They never dodged the problem and genuinely went the extra mile. In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, WF Athletic Supply was a pleasure to work with. The end result was I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out. Because of the way they handled things, they've earned my trust and my future business. If I add more equipment to my gym down the road, they'll be the first place I look. The equipment is all top notch.”
