Excellent customer service, loved it so much. I went to this place to look around, and I did buy something, but then later I changed my mind and asked for a refund. Later on, I checked my bank account and still saw my money didn't get back. So I went back and she explained it's probably taking time and if I need anything, I could come back. She was so sweet and kind, I loved it. Totally recommend this place if you're looking for some skin care or smell stuff

As a proper millennial, I don’t really “do” retail anymore. Aesop is one of the few exceptions. They manage to make the experience seem as important as the product. There you can spend time with one of the sales associates to test the full range or just stop in for some quick hand lotion. It’s those touches that separate Aesop from all other product chains.

Such amazing products, my skin has never looked or felt better!! And even better, the customer service by a kind lady named Desiree made me want to by the products even more. She gave us custom samples that suited our skin type then I came back a week later to buy the kit, where she then gave me another sample for shaving to try out. Amazing service and an unmatchable product.

Wonderful location that sells quality skincare. It's on the pricier side, but worth it. You can ask for samples to make sure your skin is compatible before making the financial commitment. They're also more than happy to demonstrate how to use the products (dosage, technique, etc.) Ask for Clarissa or Allison to help you. Both women are incredibly sweet, patient and knowledgeable.
