A terrible customer experience, and a compete unwillingness to rectify the situation. Aron is not a reputable jeweler.

I would give zero stars if I could. A necklace was custom designed and quite expensive and we were not happy with the final product. Instead of calmly coming to a resolution, Aron became verbally abusive. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I love Aron, Gilbert, Phyllis and Shane. They have impeccable customer service and my ring can speak for itself :-) 5/5 stars
