I went to open a CD at the Taylor location and was told that they couldn't do it on a Saturday. I called another location and they would do it but had 2 customers before me. Taylor location doesn't know what customer service is unfortunately. I will take my CD to a bank that want a customer's business!

I've been working here for over a year and a half. At first it was running smooth and everything was fine. Over time they started giving me extra work that I would not get paid for. They over work their employees and are unreasonable as well as do not care for them. if you are looking for a job for a bad experience, this is the place to go.

Discrimination and hate at it's worst. It makes me sad to see an institution like Amegey behave like this. Please join me in sending a message and using another bank. Plenty great options exist in the area.

ATM is going through updates at 11:30 PM instead of in the middle of the night. Lobby hours are not convenient otherwise they would receive a better rating!!

I will never step foot inside of this location again. Pretty much Is ignored me for 10 to 15 minutes. I love Amegy, I hate this location.

Carlo had no knowledge on how to assist with deceased account access even with a death certificate. I called customer service and was told that is all that is needed if the deceased has no will. They also recommended I should try going to a different branch as they should’ve been able to assist. I also asked for the manager at this location and they said he was going to be out for the next 2 hours. Horrible customer service.

don't ever use this bank. they are owned by zion bank in utah. they are impossible to reach. when you have a problem, you get bounced back and forth between houston and utah. beware when they have your money and can't get it out.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went there today was going to open up a new account. The lady who was helping me walked off in the middle of me filling out my paperwork. Another guy told me I had to wait for him to get done. Then another man asked if I needed help I told him the woman was helping me but she left, he then told me I should come back and set up an appointment. So I left and went to bank next door.

Is not even 5pm and the already closing the window to assist clients... Very unprofessional. Is not the customers fault, the bank tellers move slow n have cars piled up.... three cars in front of me and two plus I didn’t get to do our deposit because they close at “5” yet we had been in line to be assisted before 5pm...

It's always something with this bank. We have a personal checking, business checking, and a business savings for several years now and they always give my trouble in depositing checks etc. We've never had issues with bad checks or anything but for whatever reason we're always giving trouble over a date, something being "illegible", signature, etc. Absolutely hate this bank. Other locations don't give me any issues except this one. Super frustrating.

I originally had an account with Citizens Bank when I was 13 years old (long time ago) and have been banking with Amegy since that merger. Most recently I started frequenting the Taylor St location again where Stephanie Wright has been awesome to work with . . . My husband and I opened a new personal and business account and Stephanie has been kind, informative and super helpful especially during this pandemic. Yesterday, we were in a hurry and super late but she stayed behind after hours just to make sure we got what we needed. There's something to be said for personal banking and one-on-one customer service; it's a rarity and certainly not the norm where I've done other banking business. Just wanted to say thanks in a more meaningful and measurable way, because we are so appreciative of her efforts to help us in this season.
