America's Inn provides clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds and a neat, professional staff. The rooms are good sized and all include a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. For longer stays, suites offer a full kitchen with a full-sized fridge and freezer, two full beds, and a pullout couch, which guests find fantastic for families. The hotel also features a clean pool. The staff is consistently praised as awesome, kind, and polite, treating guests very well. Daily cleaning and bedding changes are available. The location is noted as the best and a nice area to walk around, with security on site. However, the building is described as run down and located in a rough area with a difficult history. A significant issue noted was a severe roach infestation throughout the property. Despite this, many guests express that it is a preferable option compared to other local hotels.
