Moving from Canada to Texas was a big step for our family, but Patty at Falls of Maplewood made the entire process effortless and stress-free. Even before we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe, informed, and comfortable with our move to a new country. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly set her apart.
When we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained the community is. Our home feels bright, welcoming, and peaceful — everything we hoped for and more. The grounds are beautiful, and you can tell that the staff take great pride in keeping everything in top shape.
Patty continues to be a constant source of support and warmth. She treats every resident like family, always going the extra mile to make sure everyone feels valued and at home.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Falls of Maplewood is a wonderful place to live, and Patty is the heart of it all!”

“Great, Quiet place to live. Linda, Isa, Mary and their staff are phenomenal. They are very responsive to the residents needs and always notify us if there are any changes within the property. There is security here every night 7 days a week. There have been a few break-ins but it is to be expected from time to time. Very responsible maintenance and centrally located to everything nearby.”

“Supportive staff! I am leaving here for about a month. Seems people who work here care about residents. Maintenance team quickly reply for requests. Beyond it, when I have troubles with my car Ramsy helped me a lot with replacing car battery.
It's a beautiful place with amazing gym.
Low moments: it's next to railways, so sometime you hear the train (it doesn't bother me much). Also, there is a wastewater treatment nb, which also does not bother but take it into account.
The thing which annoys me: there is no gate remote. They offer to download an app or use pass key. Or wait for someone who open the gate for you.
Overall, it's a great place to live in.”
“I have lived in other communities in the area and this one has been the best one I have lived in. The office manager, Sheena, is very nice and personable, not to mention very professional. The leasing team is very knowledgeable and friendly too. The maintenance crew is always working and the grounds are very well maintained. I have talked to a few neighbors and we all agree that the staff really cares about us and the community. I highly recommend this community to anyone! I can’t wait to renew my lease again; 1 year here and I love it still!”
“I toured with Taylor a few different times, viewing different floor plans to meet my potential needs. She is more than helpful going above and beyond sending videos of the floor plans that I really liked and following up with me to ask about the ones I preferred. While I didn’t tour with Curtis he was kind and sent me updated information on a few floor plans I had toured with Taylor. Every-time I’ve been to M5250 the hall ways and common spaces always smelled and looked clean and well maintained which is very important to me, I
witnessed staff cleaning while there in the early part of the day (vacuuming, wiping things down, mopping, etc). All the concierge staff is helpful offering drinks while waiting for assistance. I would definitely recommend working with the Taylor she is a gem! The manger is also helpful can’t remember her name. All the staff I’ve interacted with made me feel welcomed and were eager to assist when and where possible. M5250 is a great location in uptown close to shopping, and entertainment.”

“I want start off by saying Elizabeth is an amazing worker, I went and tour a 1 bedroom apartment, and she recommended me a townhome she did a tour and I absolutely loved it . I applied the next day and in less than 10 mins I got approved the process was super fast and she was super helpful . The customer service is on 10. And loved the way they treated me and my wife . I recommend these apartments very much ! So excited to start my new journey in these apartments thank you so so much Elizabeth ?”

“Champions Centre truly stands out as an exceptional community. Since my recent job relocation, I've settled into my new apartment, but I can’t help but reflect on how much I miss my old place. It’s astonishing how much I took for granted until I had to make the move. Alicia, the new manager, is fantastic—she consistently organizes engaging residential events and ensures that everything runs smoothly. The kindness and patience of Sandra have made a significant difference, and the maintenance staff, Brittany and Marco, are remarkable. They respond swiftly and efficiently to any requests! If you’re considering a move in Houston, I wholeheartedly recommend Champions Centre. You won’t regret it!”
“I lived here previously and moved out. And I just moved back in. I did not have any major problems while I lived here. Maintenance is always friendly and fast - often coming the same day that the work orders are placed. After searching for similar apartments, I could not find anything that came close. I value a smaller community, so I would recommend this one for that reason. Moving out made me see what things I valued the most: mailboxes are safe, property is cleaned every day, maintenance is responsive and capable, front office actually answers the phone and emails - this is a place I’ve been proud to live and I’m glad that I’m back.P.S. The reviews talking about thin walls are true, as with most apartments. I, unfortunately, have loud, rude neighbors. And while I have mentioned this more than once to the leasing office, nothing has been done, so that is for sure a downside. There are also some minor interior updates that could be made for sure.”
“I had back surgery and needed special supplies for my apartment for recovery. Maintenance was very helpful in replacing the items and even ordering the shower bar and putting in as soon as it arrived.”

I do have some issues that did not get completely resolved but it doesn't affect my overall experience. I also have new neighbors with 3 small children that are very loud above me. I wish they would have located them over tenants who also have children instead of over me.”
