Just purchased a new macbook pro and left my old one for a trade-in and to get the files transferred. They failed to transfer any files (everything is gone) and sent my old computer back so there is nothing they can do to remedy. There was a time when Apple customer service was exceptional, but now they are terrible. I do not recommend going to this store to buy anything new and relying on their service.

You really have to wonder why their stores are always packed and filled with people (only for sales). APPLE IS ATROCIOUS to deal with (especially in this part of the state). Donât hold your breath if something goes wrong with your phone. I was told to drive over an hour to come to this store and the rep from the Woodlandsâ office advised me that I would get my phone fixed here tonight. Got here and was advised they cannot fix my phone tonight. I asked the manager to confer with the Woodlandsâ office re: why they sent me there and assured I would get my phone fixed. The manager claimed he couldnât reach anyone. I left the store and called twice and was able to speak to someone.
UPDATE from my experience on the next day at this store 12.3.25. After being advised that I had to get my phone wiped out, my repair time was changed as I had to ensure my data was fully backed up (turns out contrary to being advised that the 3rd part apps would back up they did not all back up), I asked the female rep (I canât recall her name) if I can get my appt bumped up since it was set for earlier. She called an OHN/ON (that is the name he represented to me). He is an Indian man who was wearing tight tan pants. He went to repair section then returned and gave the same anticipated time for my repair. I said to him this is no new information. Then he asked if I want to proceed. Meanwhile I already communicated this to the female rep that there is nothing I could do as I needed a working phone that day. OHN/ON (are all you readers ready for this) got triggered because I said I donât have a choice and did not like the way it was said (direct and no elevated voice). He then PUSHED the female employee out of the way and said to me if you donât look at ME when you are talking you will NOT get your phone serviced and proceeds to put my phone on the table. I cannot make this up. I said I do not want to speak to you. You have no new information and moving along as I tried to discuss with the original rep. He then said she will not talk to you. This guy LOST his mind. The power trip he doesnât get at home transmitted into the store. He is very disrespectful and completely out of order. Needless to say, my phone was taken to the back for repair. I have never in a million years, had an âAPPLEâ worker speak to me like I am a child. He needs to be dealt with professionally, and I am proceeding with a complaint to his supervisors. I wonât stop until I find out who that is.
I hope to never return to this store again. I have better luck doing my transfers at home through customer service. Crazy enough, reading through the reviews, this horrible experience is not an isolated one.

I was in this store on 11/24 with my son when my knee gave out (which had nothing to do with the store, it had hurt for a few days beforehand). I sat down and was trying to figure out what to do about it when an employee approached. He contacted mall security and had them bring a wheel chair so my son could get me to my car. The employee, (named Steven, we think), was discreet, polite, and incredibly helpful and I really appreciate the time he spent with me, especially as the store was very crowded.

I had a truly awful experience while getting my iPhone 12 Pro serviced. Highland Village called this store on Sunday and informed them that I would be coming with my phone. I arrived at about 3:15, was seen (everyone was nice upon entry!) and told that my phone would be done in an hour. I go do a little light shopping, then come back about 45 minutes later and start hanging out on my iPad.
Another 45 minutes goes by and I see the original person who took my phone to the back. He is now in street clothes, about to go home. I stop that person and asked what was up with my phone. He goes in the back and then comes back and assures me someone is going to get my phone in a few minutes. He leaves and goes home.
Another half hour goes by and weâre now sitting at two hours that Iâm at the mall. I wasnât upset, just chilling. I wanted to charge my iPad, though, because it was about to go dead. I finally stop someone after looking around like I needed help (hoping someone would see my body language and tell I needed help) and that person immediately told me I could ask another person who was at the other end of the table with a customer. I didnât want to distract that person so I just waited and closed my iPad.
I waited for about another half hour then I stopped yet another person. That person assured me he would get my phone. Then another woman comes out and has my phone. This woman was artificially warm (kinda toxic positivity sort of thing) and asked me for a photo ID. At that point I couldnât believe it because no one told me I would need that. I had just lost my ID two days ago and actually had a temporary. I offered several other picture IDs that I had and she was condescending and said she couldnât help me. So I began to get a bit exasperated and told her I couldnât believe the treatment I was getting. She told me I was threatening and went to get another associate.
That associate comes over and basically tells me that I need to apologize to the other girl and that they WERE going to make an exception for me, but since I made her feel threatened they werenât going to give me my phone. So I am losing my mind and just said âplease just give me my phone I want to go and I have a flight tomorrowâ and she said no and that I would have to have a government ID. They were effectively punishing me for being discontent with my treatment. Insanity!
So, I walk out and start walking to my car thinking to myself âhow the hell am I going to fix this: I have a flight tomorrow and I am already going to have to deal with bringing extra stuff for TSA, but how am I supposed to do this without my phone?â
So, I go back to the store and I walk to the back. An associate asks me if I am doing okay and I said honestly not really and I would really like to speak with a manager.
In the mean time the woman who originally felt like I was âthreateningâ comes out from the back and sneers at me. The manager, Vincenzo?, comes out and I said hello and was looking forward to reasoning with him and then he says âHereâs your phone and you can leave now.â No help, no trying to understand my position.
So I told him that he has RUINED Apple for me and that I was definitely going to report this, so here is one review. I am also calling corporate and will look forward to hearing a resolution from corporate.
Absolutely unacceptable behavior and 3rd-world level customer service. An embarrassment to the company.

Farita was awesome and very friendly. She made what I thought was a serious issue extremely quick and easy. She listened to me as I explained and had the answer before I even finished. Loved the experience!!!

My brother in law placed an order for iPhone 17 pro and I was to pickup. The instructions were clear to show them the QR code and my Id for pickup. On getting the email from AppStore that the order was ready for pickup, I went with the QR code and my Iâd, meeting two requirements for pickup. The store associate asked me to provide the original order email for pickup.
The store manager âAnâ acted as if he owned the place. I had to wait for 20 min to get the email from my brother as he was at work and could not take my call.
After getting my order, I showed him the email and asked him to point me to instructions that show that original email is required for pickup. There were no such instructions for the customer in email and so he started calling it a store policy, apple instructions to associatesâŚ. Blah.. blah.. Terrible customer service!! Untrained staff and management.

I was there around 11:30am and try to get the new 17 pro max. The first guy assisted me checked inventory and told me they donât have it. I asked if itâs available at another store. He literally told me download the app and check by myself. Bro that information was listed on your iPad screen and it only takes you less than 2s to tell me. Then he just left me on the side. Then this sweet younger boy approached me, greeted me, asked me if I need help. He was so helpful so nice, and gave me suggestions when I told him itâs a late birthday gift for my dad. Then he checked inventory and told me this store didnât have it but itâs available in a few other stores, and even suggested which store I should go to. So if you are not coming to work to represent the brand and help your customer, just stay home. If you are, please be nice, just like that sweet young boy.

The Apple Store in Memorial City Mall is fantastic! The staff is friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable â they always make sure I leave with exactly what I need and fully understand how to use it. The store is clean, bright, and well-organized, and the customer service is top-notch. Whether Iâm upgrading my iPhone or getting tech support, they always make the experience easy and enjoyable!
