When I arrived I was told it would be a short wait. 30 minutes later I had to find another associate who did help immensely.

Worst customer service ever!!! Apple is a trillion dollar company and you need to come up with a better system or onen more stores. I hate coming in here it’s always a terrible experience.

Long wait in line. And they were not able to change my screen for my macbook pro as they didn’t have it in stock when I was told on the phone that they had it. Not a pleasant experience at all for me
