I bought an I pad from this store. The lady that helped me was outstanding and I would give her a 5 star review. However, the management here is awful. I had questions about the iPads display and the lady who was helping me didn’t know so she repeated what it said on the specs. Her supervisor was over watching her struggle to answer the question and completely ignored the fact that his employee needed help. Maybe he didn’t know? But either way he should’ve stepped in and figured it out.

Always had a great experience at this store except today. A service rep Kiana apparently has no idea how to deal with customers. I had a service appointment for 1.5 hours later, and I approached the store, Kiana was at the front. I told her I had a service appointment a little later and was wondering if I there was any opening, to which she smirked back “a little later? It’s at 4:10” I’m like yes I understand but if there’s a no-show or anything can y’all put me on a waiting list? She said “that’s not how it works”. Mind you I’ve been put on a waiting list at this store in the past. I asked once again there’s no way for a waiting list? She said “how many times do you need me to say it?” Ridiculous service. I told her there’s no need to be rude, and I asked for the manager who heard my complaint and eventually did put me on the waiting list, and confirmed they do indeed put people on waiting list. She did say the wait time is almost close to my appointment time, which I completely understood. Even if you don’t want to put someone on the waiting list which I completely understand, this is no way to respond to a customer, laughing at their request and responding the way she did.Read the other reviews about the condescending behavior of some employees at this location. Really needs to be taken a look at by Apple corporate.Update: went back for my appointment, met with a service technician who was absolutely amazing. Gave me excellent advice on the product and very polite. Can’t remember his name unfortunately.

There is no 0 stars but customer service is the worst. I will go to another store tomorrow for something they could fix in 5 minutes but they were too “busy” to do it today. Thinking about taking all my family back to Samsung.

That manager of this store, Angela, is as customer unfriendly and rude as I’ve seen. We bought 3 items and needed to return a Mac mini because it didn’t work well. The sales representative who sold this to me told me ok to return within 30 days. I brought it back 16 days later. Angela said no return because it’s been over 14 days. Per angela this is company rule. I told her there is no such writing on the receipt and the sale rep who sold to me at the same store said 30 days. How can it be a rule if it’s not in writing on the receipt? She just kept repeating the same thing then walked away. I would not come back to this Apple Store. I feel that staff like Angela is either reflecting the culture of Apple as a company or she just doesn’t like her job and enjoys being mean to customers. I’m guessing it’s the first one, she couldn’t have become a manager unless she’s reflecting the corporate culture of Apple. Amazon is a big company too but somehow never lost importance of customer friendliness. Apple has decided their products are status symbols and we little people matter not at all. We will get their products no matter how badly we are treated and how arrogant their staff are. Sorry Apple, this family will not tolerate this type of treatment anymore.

I made an appointment to tryout the Apple Vision Pro with Laureen, she was so nice and enthusiastic about tech, something rare in an Apple Store ? next day there was another girl who wasn’t enthusiastic at all, but the guy who give me the demo was ok.

Took an iPhone in for battery replacement and got it back with a scratch. The person that brough the phone to me after service knew all about the scratch as it was well detailed in the service notes but conveniently decided not to tell me about it until I noticed the scratch and asked about it.She offered to fix it at no cost to me except that there would have most certainly been a cost for me in terms of 4-6 hours worth of me time that I would have to spend getting it fixed along with making another trip, and so I refused. At this point I had not refused to 1. accept my device with the scratch, 2. pay for the new battery or 3. requested to speak to a manager and I had only told her that I didn't have the time for what she was offering.She then insisted that I speak to a manager who most certainly couldn't care less about what their team had done to my device or fix the issue, and didn't even bother to apologize for what they had done.Fearing I wouldn't pay for the battery, which was never discussed they worthless manager and the employee quickly brought out the iPad and couldn't charge my card any faster and I proceeded to walk out after this at which point, like she cared, the worthless moron of a manager wishes the rest of my day goes better after being the one of the morons who ruined it in the first place.

Terrible customer service, I arrived at 11 in the morning and it's two in the afternoon and they can't solve my problem, also by updating my phone they serve other people and don't give me personalized attention, I'm still waiting for them to tell me resolve after 3 hours

I gave them my laptop to repair and went to pick it up. It heated up and died as soon as I took it. Something that never happened before. It was a work order to change my battery and speakers. Good thing I was still in the store and they took it back. Will pick it up tomorrow and post updates. Not happy at all with what happened.

First off they gave me the wrong computer and then there was literally no consequences or anything done for it like that it outrageous to me to be real and i felt something should have been done to be real just bad service.

It took over two hours in the store to get two products I ordered online. I talked to multiple employees, and nobody told me it would have been faster to cancel my online order and just purchase at the store. When I finally got my items, they weren’t going to help me set them up because it was “too late in the day” (after I had already been waiting for hours). Luckily a very kind employee named Michael helped me anyway. He is the only reason for two stars instead of one. Apple, if I’m going to spend thousands of dollars with you, you should do better. This may be my last apple purchase.

Memorial City Mall. Best Mall on I-10 West with everything you would expect in a high end mall.
